Great service! The staff cares what you need and will take the time to listen and answer any and all questions you have. Definitely worth going here instead of going stateside when possible!

Absolutely terrible. I went to Freeds because of their quality name to get the suits for the groomsmen for my wedding. Everything was fine when picking out the suits, we upgraded a couple options such as the ties and shoes as well making the guys pay a little bit more. When it came time to pick up the suits, one of the suits had oil stains all over it and it had looked like it had been worn. They told him it would come off and just to wash it when he got home, he refused to take the suit until they tried to get the stains out and the stains did not come out. Freeds needed to order a new suit in that will now come in the same day as the rehearsal dinner potentially making him late. Another issue we had was with the ties. They gave 3 groomsmen the wrong tie and all the other groomsmen The other tie. Had I not noticed my fiances brothers tie In his closet I would have not known this until the day of. When I called about this second issue I was apologized to and told that the owner would call me in the morning to discuss all of these issues. He never did call. Instead a sales lady called me about the tie issue and said she would give me the correct ties. When I tried to talk about the suit issue she said "I know nothing about suits I just deal with accessories". My last issue with Freeds is the best man went to pick up his shirt, tie and shoes, but the store did no have his shirt in. It is 3 days until my wedding. I don't understand how a store raved about so highly could be so unorganized and give such bad service. I would not recommend Freeds to anyone. At the end of it all no one from the store has called to apologize about all of the stress they have put me through.

Really friendly staff, always some sale going it seems and they shipped really fast for me. Great experience and the shirts were packed well.

Good place to find some nice shirts, ties, suits, and other clothes. Usually has some sort of sale going in which is great. Alterations are done pretty quickly too.

Purchased some shirts through the website (as I live on the other side of the country) and received my items quickly. One of the sizes was wrong, but they sent me a shipping label and correct size right away. Will shop with them again.

Best place in Windsor for high-end formal wear. Staff are responsive and helpful but prone to financial type-casting.

Excellent store!! I'm not from Windsor and was in town for business and needed a dress shirt. I was told Freeds was the place to go and it was for sure. Great people/service, great product, and great prices!
