Purchased a used winter jacket Found out at home there were 2 tears in it. Brought it back for 75% off refund Realized there was another tear in it, so took it to seamstress who fixed it. I would hesitate going back to STK again as they do not check their merchandise before racking it.

Surprisingly a great little thrift shop. They have lots of variety for all age and genders that accommodate various body sizes. Clothing seems like new, very good condition The store is clean, staff is friendly, music is nice (a tad loud at times). The prices are way better than value village or other chain thrift shops alike. Would recommend for everyone!

Love going when they have great sales. Don't shop there unless there is a sale. Sometimes there is a stain or hole so really have to inspect thibgs before purchasing.

It's good if you're looking for brand name stuff, always find a couple of cool things but not that much stuff for men in size medium, most likely due to higher demand than the larger sizes.

Just left there I found a lot of the clothes were in poor condition shouldn't even be selling some of them they had holes stains just disgusting looking. Even the ones they have marked more expensive because of the name I found alot of the items were way over priced. Also the lady that served me was rather shall I be polite and say a rude witch! I have read some other comments on here about the same girl. If u have this many people complaining about your employee maybe she should not be working there!!! I myself will never step foot in that store again rude employees overpriced and in poor shape alot of the clothes! I would not recommend shopping at this store

The best used clothing store in Windsor, ON by far!
Good selection, good prices and very nice and pleasant staff!!!
Also the staff is very friendly and helpful!
