With deep regret I would like to rate this company as 1 star after experiencing worst service from them. This is perhaps my first ever lowest rating given to any company.

I would like public to be aware that don't get misguided by their 5 star reviews as I was they may be completely untrue

I am going to share my experience with full honesty with this company . I found this company on the google search to revamp my web site and was much impressed with their all 5 star reviews. Although that seemed to be too good to be true.

After meeting with their marketing representative Philomina I got convinced and decided to hire them for complete web site redesigning which was to cost be close to $3000/-.

As per their policy the payment was to be made in full in advance and I paid them in full. Once the payment was made I started experiencing delays from their side for one or the other excuses.

On small small technical issues I found them that these people are not technical very sound and don't have much needed expertise.However, they are very good in projecting themselves that they are the no 1 in the market.

I had arranged couple of zoom meetings with Phiomina to discuss and provide the necessary inputs in regard to web site but every time she always used to connect with her Assistant Gagandeep. I had to go series of meetings to have the same corrections/ changes required for the web site . Either they were not making proper record /notes for the required changes /corrections or they were not understanding the requirements.

Also, they were taking too much time to get the changes implemented. My feeling is that they outsource the work from some other country although they claim to have their big office in Toronto.

Even after repeated calls and emails they did not finish off the project work as per the agreed terms in time.To get the proper invoice and Receipt of payment I had to remind them couple of times.

Some of the items which were part of the project work like web site editing, testimonials section, blog section, google ad words, meta key words they never completed. I decided not to deal with them in future. They have even refused to give me refund for the things which they did not complete as per the agreed contract terms.

I would conclude at the end that they are totally unprofessional , don't have much needed technical expertise and not at all trustworthy people to deal with.

It was a pleasure working with Philomina and Every IT Solution to build my own e-commerce store. It was easy to communicate any changes or concerns I had during the design process of my website with Philomina and she provided clear analysis of the project strategy to ensure my website performs well online. Excellent website design services. When I visited my site for the first time after the job was done, I nearly fell out of my seat. The colors were vibrant and married well with one another and the logo design was just what I wanted. I would still use them for marketing as well.
