These guys are the best! I wanted to say thank you so much for the unbelievable customer service I received today from Susan and Jon. I was able to have my Annual Inspection scheduled and completed within 2 weeks. Knowledgeable staff, very easy and professional experience.

Had such a hard time dealing with this company. They were good at taking my money but that was about it. Scheduling took weeks and I had to chase them. Then getting the report took weeks after they showed up, I had to chase that as well. Some will say I deserved that for paying upfront, but I thought they were a reliable company. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Fire safety equipment is something everyone wants to be confident in. When I was looking for a trustworthy company to select, install and serve it, I gave a lot of calls and checked plenty of websites, but Herbert Williams won my loyalty by openness, honesty, truly durable equipment and a team of seasoned technicians. Five years passed, still no regrets.

Herbert Williams’ professionals are serving fire alarm systems in our offices. They designed and installed all the appropriate components and during all this time we didn’t lose in fire any of our documents and equipment parts.
