  Dan went above and beyond to find us the truck we were looking for. I would highly recommend Eric Campbell to anyone looking for a new Ford! The owner himself commented on what a beautiful truck we had picked, and came out to greet us on the lot when we had first started looking. That personal touch meant a lot.

  I had an 8:00 appointment to get my AC fixed (it was diagnosed at an earlier appointment and the part was already ordered). I mentioned that I had to leave for work no later than 12:00 and was assured the vehicle would be looked after right away. I live close by and can see the lot from my housethe car didn't get taken into the shop until 10:45. At 12:10 I had to call and ask if it was done and was told they were just finishing up with it. I was almost late for work and this is at least the 2nd time this has happened where I've had an appointment and my vehicle doesn't get taken in in a timely manner. 3 weeks later and AC is not working again.

  Eric Campell Ford Lincoln has always been our dealership of choice for ALL! things auto!.
  We have been buying our vehicles and maintaining them exclusively in Exeter for over 40 years, everyone Is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, with great customer service.
  I recently had the oil changed on our MKX, booked in and done right on schedule. During this time both
  Eric and son Steven invited me into their offices to chat, the service technician talked with me about other services my vehicle will need.
  This business values 'customer service' and delivers on every level.

  Eric Campbell Ford was amazing to do business with and I will be going back to get any service done on my vehicle. When I called to book an appointment and they were completely accommodating to my busy schedule. When I arrived for my appointment the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and they had amazing and fast service and was not over priced. I would recommend anyone to try Eric Campbell Ford
