From the first time I walked into the showroom I was treated like a VIP from the President, the receptionist the sales team and maintenance personnel.. Highly recommend this dealership. BTW excellent product also.

We got a great low mileage used Prius V at Fraynes at a very reasonable price. The car had been thoroughly detailed when we picked it up. It even smelled new inside. The car has worked perfectly since we got it 2 months ago. The purchase experience was wonderful, very relaxed, and the staff were all extremely pleasant. It was a 2 and a half hour drive from Whitby but they had the exact Prius I wanted. It was definately worth the drive over.

I have been a customer of Exeter Toyota through the purchase of 3 new vehicles as well as the servicing for all of our vehicles. They are hands down the "BEST", I truly feel as though the customer experience is what is most important to them - they are friendly, compassionate and always willing work with us! I will say that this was made even more apparent when my son hit a deer and wrote off my 3 month old car - Justine delivered the replacement vehicle herself - truly outstanding service!! Excellent dealership. Great people.

It is a 45-60 minute drive for us depending on traffic but it is WORTH THE DRIVE!

Every encounter with staff is always pleasurable. Everyone is professional and very personable. Usually greeted by name by many staff.

Service department is excellent. Appointments are always started on time and completed in a timely manner.

We were dealing with a Toyota dealership in London where We purchased our first new vehicle, then it was a time for us to buy a new 2017 XLE Highlander, as expected We went back there and this time We were greatly disappointed with them.

We live in Masonville, on Easter Monday we went to Exeter Toyota just to check and in less than 1/2hr We purchased the 2017 XLE Highlander with satisfaction.

Doug, manager, whom I never met before is a great and honest man whom you should check with before you try anywhere else.

My former dealership so far left me 3 messages to come back not knowing that I purchased the vehicle already.

I greatly recommend the people in London to check with Exeter Toyota before they make any deal with any other dealership.

Knowledgeable low pressure sales rep. Price was better than we were able to negotiate from larger urban dealerships. The dealership has a small town feel where staff greet you by name when you walk in. After our sale the branch owner, manager, receptionist, service parts buyer all took the time congratulate us on our purchase. We felt like family. We live in Brights Grove, over an hour drive from Exeter, but these folks make the drive worth while.
