Disappointed at the misleading and false advertising. I called this place 2 weeks before my event because of their sign on Oxford offering 20% off to new customers. I inquired about the 20% off while on the phone and the lady told me it would be applied. When I finished my appointment I was informed that the "owner no longer wants to do the 20% off." Funny considering the sign was still up that day and I had booked my appointment 2 weeks prior solely because of the 20% off deal. I was told that the owner would call me to discuss the issue, five days later and still no call. Clearly these owners do not value their customers or repeat business. Coming from a family of small business owners, luring your customers in with false advertising and then not doing anything to rectify the situation is incredibly unprofessional.

To make things worse, the blow dry I received was rushed since the employee there was the only one working on a Saturday afternoon. It fell out within a few hours and looked mediocre by the time my event began.

Ohand the sign is STILL up.

I've always had difficulty finding a place that deals well with Asian hair. Needless to say, I'm very happy that Dita did a brilliant job at an unbeatable price. I'll definitely be getting my future haircuts here.

Dita is a genuinely nice person and talented hair stylist. As soon as you walk in you feel so welcome as if you're family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hair stylist that will gives you an awesome hair cut at very reasonable prices.
