Customer service is great!! I went to Twenty one today for the first time and let me say my experience was outstanding. I walked in at their busiest time but they made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. The owner even offered to drive me to their other location on Adelaide. Sally did a wonderful job on my fill and shellac. She ended up staying much longer than she should have but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. And the prices are great too.

Sally and the girls are fantastic, I've tried other places and this by far has best service, very reasonable prices and great people. And ther is parking! This will be my go to place in London, highly recommended!

I have been here twice now and I really enjoy it. Very clean and the employees are kind. I am picky and I like my acrylics thin and they do a great job.

It's small and nice. Clean. Customer service is good. Came here because another salon ruined my nails and a coworker recommended it. Would revisit. Recommend to call ahead and make an appointment just in case they are busy. It's reasonably priced as well.
