On time, friendly, and safe service to Whistler. And there are electric plugs at every seat, too! I would use them again.

It was all great until they OVERBOOKED the 4 pm buses back to Vancouver and I have to wait until the next one even though I arrived with 10 min of anticipation. That’s unacceptable. What’s the point of buying you ticket for a certain time if your place it’s not reserved.

Booked tickets to Whistler for my family. 45 minutes into the bus ride, we were informed that there’s some technical issue with the bus. Driver said that there will be another bus but not sure what time the bus will be here! This is awful and no updates from the driver!

It was an excellent drive up to Whistler yesterday on the 1 PM bus. The driver was beautifully focussed and drove so safely- I was very impressed.
This is a winding road and a busy one….and he was amazingly calm and highly competent!
And the value is superb, around $40 return trip- fabulous! Thank you so much!
IN SHORT: Such a great little company that started small and built its wonderful reputation by giving excellent service.

Hands down the best bus service to and fro whistler. I go there regularly. All the drivers are so very cordial and friendly and some of them even recognize my name now. I always buy the monthly pass and booking tickets is a breeze!
