As a 15 year investor and member of a number of Condo Boards, I have found Realty Canada to be by far the best management company I have worked with or heard about in Edmonton. They are very professional and responsive. They get back to you in a timely manner. Dan, who has managed our complex for over 3 years, is experienced and knowledgeable in construction practices as well as Condominium management and has helped guide the Condo corporation out of some difficult situations left by the previous management company and turned things around. It has been refreshing to work with a management company that does what is in the best interest of the Condo Corporation and owners even if it means more work for management. It has certainly taken the load off of being on the Condo Board.

I find them very professional in my view. They manage a 72 unit building for our condo corporation and of the 3 companies we have had and they are by far the most knowledgeable and the most proactive.

I had terrible experience with this company as a home owner. Previously I had a very good property manager named Adam who was really amazing but after he left, which I can understand why now, the new guy that took over was the polar opposite. Absolutely no communication before any repair work unlike Adam and was the worst to deal with. Never going to rent any of my properties through these guys again.

Very unprofessional bunch. The property manager I had was a disaster. First of all, he cannot communicate properly in English, texting or emailing and always has a rude tone. As an owner, I am very dissatisfied with their work. They don't communicate anything on time and then make it sound like it's all your fault. Also, they wouldn't even communicate or ask for permission even if it's over a $1000 maintenance job and then if the bill is like $214, they will just deduct $250 from your account. Better to go with any other property management company than a bunch of stealers like realty canada

This company has managed my very small apartment for ten years. Carlo does an amazing job finding good tenants and always treats me and my rental property with respect and care , even though it is just a small apartment. Yvette does a great job from the office. I really appreciate that they just email and make communication easy . It’s so rare to find such great service these days . As I live in Victoria, I really appreciate what they do for me. Don took this over 10 years ago and did a great job after I had a bad experience elsewhere. Thank you all!!
