Great clean shop with a large open space for playing in store. Has an incredible selection of singles and the staff and friendly and helpful. Would really recommend checking this place out.

I went here to sell off some magic cards. The manager was quite rude and his tone of voice implied he didn't want to be there. He had me leave my contact info so they could call me when they were finished appraising the cards. When he called me MORE THAN 24 HOURS LATER he insulted my handwriting despite it being legible enough that he called the right number and emailed the right email.
There were less than 100 cards; the whole stack fit in a small deck box. I have no idea why it took them more than 24 hours to appraise them all. I should note that I've previously sold similarly sized stacks of cards to 401 Games and Face to Face Games in Toronto; and those appraisels took maybe 20 minutes each.
Other than the manager all the staff were lovely and I imagine it's a friendlier environment when the manager isn't around.response / report this review -

Absolutely one of my favorite stores already. Some of the kindest staff I've ever experienced. Simply out I felt like family from the moment I walked in. They have a vast collection of all the popular trading card games, and quite a nice warhammer section started up. A full line of citadel paints, and free to play tables Lots of them. I recommend a visit for any hobbiest.

Order some singles online, card came packed carefully and fast! Would definitely purchase again!
