I was looking to sell my home. I used com free previously. Since II realized it's so such an easy process I decided to sell privately this time.
I found a flyer in my mailbox and found pal Property Solutions." Alex Pal We Buy Houses" was at the top of the page. I had him walkthrough my house it was well finished with just some Cosmetics needed.
He could see this and with some negotiation he met my asking price. At the end of the day we were both happy. There was a long closing and selling through this virus period was challenging.. 5 months later we closed. A few weeks before closing I was very tight for money waiting for my Equity, Alex forwarded me $1,000 to get me through the last week before closing and I was very grateful. He also let me stay in the house an extra two weeks so I could use my home equity to organize some movers and secure my next living space. If you have a home to sell they are very professional, honest and flexible.
