  ASUS would not honour warranty as posted and sold by Best Buy. New chromebook with one year warranty stopped working after 8 months. ASUS would not warranty it, they advised it was a 90 day warranty regardless of what Best Buy advised or posted. I will stick with brands with honour, may pay more but Lenovo and Apple stand behind their products.

  This is a horrible company for support. Just spent one hour trying to get issue resolved within my warranty. They wear you down and make it impossible to honour. I bought a $900 laptop from my son and he is crushedI will never buy an ASUS again

  Laptop blue screens and dies after 15 days. Can't return it where I got it, Asus said to send it in..came back and died again. 1000 bucks for a piece of trash. Don't buy ASUS and don't buy from Best buy or any store like that. Shouldn't have to pay for a warranty

  I always have bought asus motherboards, laptops and even asus video cards. The company was always making good stuff.
  
  I bought a ASUS Strix X99 Motherboard, the first day of having the computer running, i was having problems. The motherboard started to give me a overclock error at every boot. I ended up sending it to ASUS and i got a replacement motherboard.
  
  The motherboard that i got was working for about 3 months then one day the computer would not power on at all. Once again the motherboard is screwed up. So i send asus the motherboard again.
  
  ASUS sends me a new motherboard and i was able to get it to work, this time things seem to work sell on this motherboard, at a point i was very happy.
  
  After maybe a month that motherboard died on me, and this happened right on the last day of my warranty. So asus said they can take care of it for me. So i send it the motherboard and got a new one in the mail.
  
  The motherboard asus send me was missing the RGB LOGO, 4x memory slots do not work at all. the system does not see memory in those slots.
  
  The motherboard ended up dying on me after two or three months, i could never get all memory sticks to work seems like there was something with the slots.
  
  After all of this, and spending $500 on a asus motherboard, and $4,000 on all my pc parts, i can tell you i will NEVER BUY ASUS AGAIN NEVER AGAIN.

  Ok firstly I would like to state that I’m a 8 th grader. And they were able to fix my laptop extremely quickly. Customer service was great! They were very polite. Everything went super smoothly the entire process took like15 minutes. I’m not going to lie if me an 8 th grader can call and get my laptop fixed. I don’t know what the hell you guys are doing
