Someone recommended Orr & Associates, and we were able to get a good quote. We are first time home buyers, and new to the process. When we made a mistake with our initial intake, I was unimpressed when I was met with a bad attitude and poor customer service when we had to rectify the mistake.

We ended up going elsewhere for our insurance.
