  Convenient location. Decent price. Friendly counter staff. Under new management as of late 2017. The stairs are for emergency exiting now. Ceiling leak stains. Bathroom mirror was wiped but not totally cleared. Toothpaste residue in the sink. Though close to the Health Science Center, a better experience could be had for the same price elsewhere.

  This facility is unacceptable and should have 0 stars. They have no cleaners and the rooms are filthy.

  Monthly parking passes for good a price. Originally told the $5 deposit for the tag hanger was refundable but it turns out It's not and the guy was quite rude to inform me.

  It's an inexpensive place to stay for medical patients going to the Winnipeg health sciences center but, it's incredibly loud with people coming and going to all hours of the night. This motel didn't feel safe especially at night. Staff were unwilling to control people's noise volume and disruptions in the halls.
  
  WiFi is included and rooms are ok.

  This hotel made me sad. The guests and staff seemed to have a very adversarial relationship. That said, I was treated well.

  Front desk person was nice. Got a room quick. In a sketchy neighbourhood. KFC is across the street. Beer vendor in parking lot. Room was ok. Bed was ok. I see air conditioner for summer. Hotel was not as loud as I thought it would be. Carpets could use a shampooing.
