Friendly staff, private and clean. Parking as confusing. (It's underground and free just isn't clear when you first pull in).

If you can, go elsewhere. A week ago I received a call to move my specialist appointment back by a month, the staff was able to fit me in within 6 days and gave me all the confirmation information. They called on Friday afternoon to confirm my appointment, however I wasn't able to call back until after they were closed so I left a voicemail confirming my appointment. This morning, the day of my appoitment, they called and left a message to rebook my appointment. I called back to explain I confirmed my appointment a week ago AND via voicemail on Saturday, however so far they have not been able to resolve the situation, nor rebook my appointment which I have already waited months for. There is clearly an issue with their booking and confirmation process and this is the 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled on the day of without warning. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.

Worst place ever for patients.paid parking is joke when they take there sweet ass time.
Over booking.other patients come in after you and they recive services right away.by the way this is fie the foothills hospital location

I've been to a couple EFW locations and there usually really good. This location however is the exception. I was here yesterday for my 18 week fetal ultrasound. The technician was all work and no play. I didn't get to see any profile pictures or any type of pictures of interest. Just black and white blobs, feet and hands. And then, because i had requested a picture CD before my session i had to pay $20 for 6 pictures of hands, feet and blobsnot impressed.
