I'm not sure if Dr. David Lee is still working at this location, but I just wanted to let all of you know that some 16 years ago I came into his office with a very sore back and could hardly walk. I walked into his office using a cane to hold myself up. I left with my cane under my arm. Dr. Lee adjusted my back numerous times and the results are incredible. I have never had issue with pain since Dr. Lee helped me. I have been living pain free ever since seeing him in his office. Thank you very much Dr. Lee., and to all at that work at the office of Downtown Chiropractic 736 Granville St. You made my world much better cause I'm living my life without pain.

Last December had a neck spasm that got bad quickly to the point I could not drive or work because I could not do a left shoulder check and because of the pain. This time the neck went into spasm but did not get cured by GP prescribed steroids, muscle relaxants and painkillers that debilitated me and caused harm to my bones. Then I saw Dr. Joe Janek, a chiropractor for the first time. In a day or two after the first session there was a big improvement. In a week with 3 sessions, Joe was able to calm the pinched nerves down, as well as get me back to driving and work. He asked for x-rays which revealed an undiagnosed unusually high degree of osteoporosis for my age. Over the next weeks, he adjusted the spine until most of the painful muscle tension and sore spots were greatly reduced. He got the neck muscles to relax the vertebrae to become well positioned and flexible. I’ve have to had chiropractic adjustments for the neck when I was a teenager so I have a condition that will need continued monitoring and adjustments. In the future, I will come in earlier before the neck muscles go into that much tension and pain. I recommend one do not delay. Joe has really saved me from pain, suffering, debilitating drugs and put me back to driving and work.
The whole experience with Dr. Joe Janek at Downtown Chiropractic is friendly and convenient. It is located at Granville and Georgia where I frequently pass through on the bus. I can easily get appointments with little delay. Also, when I have taken the car, I've had success finding street parking on Seymour near by. At reception Chrystal, is ever cheerful and patient, has been very good at rescheduling and saving my schedule from conflicts, that I cause, with a smile. Dr. Joe has a gentle cheerful demeanor and calm style that makes the Chiropractic adjustment session nonthreatening even relaxing. This is important as when one comes with an issue such as mine, a neck spasm, one is in pain, life has been difficult and stressful. I find that even getting a massage from massage specialists tend to get to me to the point of, “They’re going to do what to me, my body, now? Why should they touch me?” but with Joe, and his easy going calm style, I can remain calm. He is unhurried and even if I do fidget or start off a bit jumpy, he understands my situation. I can recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dr. David Lee is outstanding, he has helped me more than any other chiropractor. I am amazed by his passion, thoroughness and dedication.

Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Janek were wonderful. They are highly competent and make different suggestions on how to get better with a holistic approach. They listened to my concerns and were personally involved in my treatment. Don't you hate it when you go to your doctor and they don't know who you are? This will never happen here.
