Good experience. Dover View Dental knows how to make getting a crown a patient participation event. You should take your grandchildren when you go so they can see the procedure. :)

The receptionist here are terrible. As a student attending university I would not recommend this to any other student hoping to use their insurance to cover the costs. As I was attending school I was covered by green shield. Upon receiving a cleaning the receptionist promptly informed me that I no longer had insurance. This was a huge surprise to me as I was still attending school and I expected to be covered. I paid what I expected to pay (the deductible) and the receptionist decided that it was best that my file be sent to a collection agency. She didn't offer any payment plan or even took responsibility for their mistake. I am a poor student who spent thousands over the last year. Way to retain business. I have told people not to go there and I will continue to inform people of their inability to recognize their mistakes. I would give them zero stars if I could. Detestable behaviour

Would not recommend. Shady practice! The hygienist over charged my insurance and stated she polished my teeth and she did not. She proceeded to do an hour diagnostics and then told me she only had 20 min. left to do my cleaning and that she is in a hurry to finish. She stood by her claim that she polished and she did not. Dr. Tang also told me I needed a crown and I've had 2 other dentists check and they both said my tooth is healthy and no crack.

I offended the older lady that works here. I was near the Party store, I sarcastically commented on her parking job and she swore at me, calling me a female dog, that she works for the dentist. No hard feelings, I did not mean to upset you, madame.

I have seen 2 dentists there and can say both were excellent. Staff is friendly, & helpful, I can recommend this office to others!
