I see Sara at the West Georgia location for brow threading and tinting. I am very particular about my brows, and she always does a great job. I get compliments on them all the time.

Have gone here since they opened but seriously question I will ever go again after bad experiences lately. From a customer service lady who berated me for asking how long the wait would be when we were quite a bit past my time to several threading experiences that have left my eyebrows wonky- what's worst is that the esthetician cut me off when I was explaining what I wanted.
Today, I write about my experience with a girl named Jean. When the front desk girl told her I was here, she rolled her eyes and didn't even greet me and walked ahead of me. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience on her texting party she seemed to be having. After I finished dressing, she walked into the room without knocking- which I find is disrespectful because how would she know I was ready. She seemed so angry the entire time while she was waxing today. She also tore me. Even complained that her day was long and slow- super unprofessional and painful.
I don't know where they find these people, if it weren't for being sanitary and good deals I would not come back, but after today, I am seriously questioning it altogether. Sorry Dona Lucia, but you are quite possibly losing a loyal customer.response / report this review -

Had a Brazilian wax done by a girl dressed like she just finished a 5k run or yoga class - not appropriately representing in my opinion, especially when others were all dressed in black. Thought she was a client to be honest. She waxed over the same area a few times which was extremely uncomfortable and even caused the skin to tear and bleed a little. In fact it's been a few days now since the wax and I'm still feeling discomfort in the area. Great girl with a lovely personality, but overall I am disappointed and for a sensitive area being waxed I would definitely not ask for her again - I'm not from YVR so either way I won't be back, but if I did live here - I would ask for another esthetician to see if the experience differs from the service I received, otherwise I would find another establishment.

Their manicure and gel nail service is really great! Very relaxing atmosphere, friendly service, and I would definitely come back. I would recommed their eyebrow waxing too.

i go see Poonam for waxing about once a month and she's wonderful - does an amazing job and its just a great presence to be around everytime i go in. she's a beautiful soul.

Good prices, quality service. Been coming here for waxes in the last few years with my friend's recommendation of Sophie. Tried out a few Estheticians and Sophie is really the best in terms of customer service and waxing.

Prices are great. Service is fast. My eyebrow threading has been 10/10 every time no matter who has helped me. This time Sarah tinted my brows also and they're absolutely spectacular. Will continuing returning regularly.

I usually come to get my eyebrows threaded here when I'm downtown. It's quick, cheap and the ladies here do a pretty good job. I've been able to drop by without booking beforehand and they are usually able to squeeze me in.

I walked into the Georgia location of Dona Lucia when my hair appointment was late to start. They were so welcoming and fit me in for waxing and threading immediately. Daniella did the waxing and was funny and sweet, but most importantly, SO FAST and she did a great job. The threading also went really quickly and was very nice. The icing on the cake was that not only did I receive excellent service, but the price was also really reasonable.
