Customer service is overall poor. Staff seem annoyed by customers and will overcharge you if you aren't careful. A few times I have had to remind them of our contractor discount or have not been given the sale price. I won't be going back.

This place is jam packed with every light ever! It is a bit tough to take in any specific piece due to the about of lights in each zone. However some really nice stuff, priced a bit high for me. Also Tons of staff working to answer any questions!

Good place great selection of quality products some unavailable anywhere else such as halogen to led halogen replacement bulbs. Went from 3x 100 watt bulbs in fixture generating allot of heat, to 3x 5 watt LED replacement without losing any light. Just as bright as before. But uses 285 watts less. ONLY these guys, er girls have that bulb. Another thing I learned a T12 fluorescent fixture can take T8 replacements as long as they are direct replacement without losing any light. I got mine at Costco but these guys sell them too. We were also replacing the in ceiling halogen ones that got very hot and kept burning out the bill for those was over 250 but they were willing bulk discount. :)

Customer service overall was very poor. Inquired about puck lights and first girl basically handed me a catalog and that was it. Didn't seem to want to talk to me about them. Then approached another girl who seemed to know her stuff and when I asked about stock availability she told they have lots in stock of everything.
Upon returning the next day to order they only had 1 of the lights in stock that I wanted and told me they could order more. When we phoned back the next day to order more they told me they have two in stock.
