Price was reasonable and we like the features of fireplace. BUT its always an issue with service and arranging a time to install, different info depending who you speak with, warranty repair x4 in less than year, etc. we've spent many hours waiting for person to show up for appt. only not to show- several times no show- no phone call, no follow up. I wouldn't recommend based on this.

We did a renovation in my mother-in-laws place. Ken made sure everything was done properly and with little mess.

My husband and I have had a very good experience with Delco. Ken was very helpful with us choosing the right fireplace for our home, the price was very reasonable, the installer Steve was very professional, when he informed us that the old fireplace was not wired properly and not up to code, he proceeded to correct that for us. We would recommend Delco Fireplace anytime. Thank-you Delco staff for the great service.
