Fun place, though a good number of machines wouldn't work because of the card reader (it swipes a card instead of tokens/coins) not working.

Wednesday is half price games day without a catch of having to buy food or drinks.

Good for groups or couples. They had a few parties come through, even with that we didn't have to wait lots of games.

    Zero stars.
On a Saturday you need to have more than one person selling these power cards to new players.
It shouldn't take more than an hour just to get started here.
This is a perfect example of what happens when management doesn't care.
The wait at the bar is just as horrible.
I feel bad for the one guy that works here, doing is best to serve everyone by himself.
First and last time that we come here and I'll be sure to spread the word about how much this place sucks.

I used to love this place. This "was" a great place for adults to hang out, eat, drink, and play games. Chucky Cheese for adults! While that is still true, the quality of the place has declined significantly. I went on a Saturday evening and there were a lot of kids around. I remember they used to not allow kids past 10 PM. That wasn't too bad but the main problem was that 40% of the games didn't work therefore you had to line up for pretty much everything. Although I haven't gone yet, I would recommend trying out Rec Room if you are interested in this type of place.

Terrible experience!!!!! Upsetting to see such a well respected company, treat customers disrespectfully at this location. Having had a nice evening with my friends, the night was coming to an end, and our waiter said that he would let us finish up our drinks. Donavan, the manager that night, bolted in, not having had serviced us at any point, or given us any sort of warning, and grabbed the unfinished yet paid for drink from my friends HAND, walked away, declaring that it was time to go home in the most unpleasant tone possible. Head office, you are more than welcome to look up surveillance footage, it was around 11:50-12:30 a.m on 10/22/17. Being someone who works in the service sector, there is a way to communicate with your customers, with manners and professionalism. Forcefully grabbing a drink is beyond inconsiderate, and disrespectful. When holding a title as a manager, it is important to act like one, as you are a clear representation of the company. It's unfortunate that this bitter unpleasant taste is what my friends and I walked out with today, and what will be shared amongst our friends, family, and colleagues. To whoever reads this, make sure this situation is addressed. Thank you

Fun place to go when you're with a group of friends. A variety of games to play in the arcade and it's extremely fun. The points on your charge card for games go down quick due to each game costing a bit different so watch out!

Just a heads up, the drinks are a bit pricey and the food is nothing to be excited about. Pretty generic. Beware of high traffic times as that's when the games area gets hectic and the load time for cards is long as well.

The food service was extremely slow. We booked for a wedding rehearsal dinner and we're very disappointed. Some food was delivered cold and some of our party received their starters way before some others at our table. Being that we booked way in advance we expected much better service. The wait staff were nice but we had one that was training and she was slow and not the most professional. On a positive note, playing the games was fun for those who wanted to play.

This place has gone drastically downhill over the years.

Service at the restaurant has always been atrocious. You'll be seated promptly, but you'll be waiting ages for someone to come to the table. The last few times I've been, the person who eventually showed up gave an obviously insincere "I apologize for the wait". If you have the patience to get past the completely abysmal staff, the food has always been very good.

The arcade portion is fairly large with a good variety of games, it's just unfortunate that every other game is broken (see picture). This past weekend (Sept 3, 2017), there were more broken games than working ones.

Dave & Busters used to be a great place, basically an adult version of Chuck E Cheese. I don't know what's happened, but it's now staffed by people who shouldn't be working with the public, and they apparently are unable to hire the techs who know how to maintain their games.

Avoid this place from now on. Spend the extra time going downtown or a bit further west to similar places with functional arcades.

Boyfriend and i went here tonight for dinner and some games. The food was hands down spectacular. Hats off to the chefs tonight. We were very happy with all of our food. The service was a bit slow. But they were busy, so thats to be expected. My only issue with coming here is, more then half the games weren't working. I find that to be a trend when coming here. Even on the more quiet days, half the machines are out of order.

Avoid this place. Employees are not friendly and manager doesn't care about customer.
My husband had private party and forgot his sunglasses. Called them within an hour of leaving and they denied finding any sunglasses. This was private room with no access to public only their employees has access. Talked to general manager and he just quoted it as customers responsibility to take care of their stuff. Do not expect to find any thing back from this place in case you forgot it.

We took our 4 year old daughter here during the day for lunch and games.

Games - decent, however lots of garbage on the floor by the bar area in the arcade (bags of chips, napkins, etc)

Washrooms - I would have rather used an outhouse. They smelt horrible, paper towel thrown all over the floor, including on a spill and a wet floor sign on top of the paper towel soaking up the spill. 4 soap containers, only 1 with soap left in and barely any soap at that. When I finally saw someone I mentioned the ladies washroom needed attention. 1.5 hrs later and it was still in the exact same shape.

Food - not great. We ordered 3 appetizers and kids chicken fingers. Nothing comes like it looks in the pictures. And the food had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for sometime as it was dried out and we had waited almost 40 minutes for our food on a not busy day.

Service - slow and pathetic. 8 families in line when we got there and only 1 cash open. Mind you, the blonde manager was very friendly and chatting with people but still very slow. Lunch service was incredibly slow. We waited 15 minutes for a table - not because it was busy, but because no staff would seat you. Saw 5 staff just sauntering around avoiding eye contact to seat you. Finally got our seat surrounded by 3 tables that hadn't been cleared. When we finished our meal, all 3 tables still hadn't been cleared and the same 5 staff were sauntering around. So unappetizing! We went back to the arcade and left an hour later. Those same 3 tables were still sitting uncleared with dirty plates.

We won't be back and I wouldn't suggest visiting.

My favourite place for arcade games! We like to trade in our tickets for food like nachos and spinach dip instead of the prizes offered. I always have a lot of fun coming here. It's half price to play the games on Wednesdays.

This place leaves so much to be desired, and it's a shame because with some tweaks it could be a wicked place to hang out. We came to play games but all the good ones are out of order. There was a Ferrari racing game with a steering wheel about to fall off, shifter non functional, etc. There is very little attention to detail here. Swipe my card for a game and it takes more points off your card than stated. Employees look overworked and stressed out.

We moved over to the restaurant as the arcade area was getting frustrating, and we were getting hungry. The sign says to wait to be seated. Waited 10 mins and someone sent us to another area. Then we were sent to the bar. Waited half an hour for a server. At this point almost an hour as passed when you start tallying up the time.

It's not a BAD place, but the attention to detail is so severely lacking that is leaves a sour taste in your mouth very quickly, especially when you're paying a premium to have a good time. We had game cards loaded up with quite a bit of money. Once we were ready to go home we just kind of burned through our credits because I truly don't see us coming back here. Step it up D&B. I've heard good things but didn't really see it tonight.

I've been a few times and it's always super fun. If you have 4-6 people you can get a good deal on the play cards. They have a huuuge selection of yummy drinks and beers on tap and in bottles. It's a good place for something different to do with your friends

It was my first time there and the whole staff made my experience worth while. The food was amazing, and you get what you pay for. The arcade area was very fun. I have already recommended to my friends and family that they go.

Was there with wife and kids this afternoon. Very very friendly service, exceptional food. We had a great time playing pool and eating some nice appetizers. The arcade was packed and noisy with little kids having a ball of a time. We played there for an hr or so but the girls are big now and they wanted to play pool the whole time and nibble on the awesomely delicious finger licking, falling of the bone ribs, wings, fries, spinach dips, baby burgers, potato taters filled with bacon and crazy non alcoholic beverages. We had a fabulous time. It was St Patrick's Day so all the waiters had something green and were there to take extra care. Will go there again. Great place to enjoy and eat great food.
