  I met up with a group of friends on a Saturday afternoon at the Poacher's Arms (about 16 people). They easily gave us a room to ourselves which was great. There are two pool tables in the main pub area which are free to use. The restaurant was clean. The service was a little slow coming to get our drink and meal orders, as they were understaffed. The food was delicious, and reasonably priced. I had the pulled pork flatbread, and it was worth it. There are a number of beers on tap and a well stocked bar. I've heard there are karaoke rooms available though we didn't check that out. I'd go back.

  Bartender I had on my first visit made a great old fashioned. (I pretty much judge a bartender on their ability to execute that particular drink).
  
  Round two tonight, going to try some beers I've never had as I've noticed their selection is outstanding. Hope to try the food soon.

  Great management. Had an issue with a sloppy delivery and they fixed it right away and sent a new meal and had a positive attitude. Made all the difference.

  Visited this place after many years and found that the new management/owners were not as diligent about keeping up standards. At one point a couple of young fellas displayed their genitalia to drunk peers and when the waitress was made aware of it she scolded them but did not kick them out. Very disappointed with what seems to be a very careless approach to maintaining standards of decency, respectability and good manners!

  great new menue but people are loud as he'll with no thought to others and the staff never seem to notice when u need them but they are friendly and don't mess up orders

  Friendly staff, great pub atmosphere, and tasty food. The oktoberfest sausage was delicious, and the cocktails we had were mixed well. Overall great experience, will visit again!

  Honestly, the most homey, comfortable, laid-back bar in london. Maybe not the usual taste for some who prefer places like Jack's or Molly's, but I've taken all sorts of different friends and acquaintances to this place, only to end up having a very fun night. Can get a little too loud on weekends to fully enjoy the open mic and live music, but always a pleasure to see the staff and other familiar faces. The karaoke there is fun as well. I've had a lot of awesome memories at this place and have met a lot of friends because of it.

  This place is just like Canadian Cheer's but with an Asian family who owns the bar and have had the same staff forever. Great place for live music and all kinds of different artistic events. Two pool tables and tons of seating

  I absolutely love Poachers, by far one of the best places to get a beer and shoot some pool in all of London. Food rocks almost as much as the staff. Even on a crazy busy night like St.Patties, the staff can still spot and take the time to say hello to a familiar face. Can't say enough great things about this place and would recommend it 10/10 times.
