Been going there for the last eight years. The staff are amazing and so is the food. Great atmosphere especially if you are trying to catch a game.

Went there on a Friday night with a table of 14 to say goodbye to a former coworker. The beer was good and cold, but our server was quite sarcastic and unprofessional. Over the years I have had good service here, but this guy was terrible.

Love going to Jacks. Food is very good. Lunch plates are fresh and usually quiet. Service is fast too.

really good burgers and waffles fries. me and some friends come here a couple times a month and always get really good service and food. the girls are pretty nice who wait the tables. place is a bit dark but good spot to eat. recommend it for beer with the boys.

Went there for lunch today, was seated and then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes for a server and no one came to my table so I left. You go somewhere for lunch knowing you don't have all day to wait. You would expect faster service at lunch as you don't have a lot of time. Shan't be going back there anytime soon

My boyfriend and I recently went in to Tiger Jacks for the first time. My boyfriend ordered a burger and went to put more mustard on and saw little pieces of dirt on the lettuce. DISGUSTING. Maybe suitable for a slimey bar but defiantly not for a date night. I then asked to speak with a manger because I was beyond disgusted with the place. The manager was beyond rude to myself and the waitress serving us. He was also clearly racist. Overall the service was horrific, the manager was very rude and disrespectful and the food was horrible. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Worst restaurant experience I have had in a while. I felt very rushed from the second I walked into the restaurant and was made to feel like an inconvenience to the wait staff. When I asked to speak with a manager the owner decided to come to the table and he was more obnoxious than anyone else who my girlfriend and I had interacted with that evening. On top of the terrible customer service, the vegetable platter that we had ordered still had what appeared to be dirt on it and the pizza I had ordered was moldy on the bottom. This restaurant completely ruined my anniversary dinner and I will never return again, and I suggest anyone that is thinking having dinner here to rethink where they want to eat.

Wings are nice and spicy with a lot of meat on them, even if they are a little small. Service is amazingly fast, me and my wife were in and out within half an hour and most of that was spent eating. Have pool and golf Sims to play if drinking with buddies. Overall a great place. Highly recommended.

Poor quality food, poor preparation and poor service. A bunch of tiny bone slivers in the ribs, had to spit them out and watress didn't offer to fix it in any way. Wings overcooked. No refills without asking. All substitutions cost extra, even when it saves them money. Salads were good enough. Definitely not coming back. Jacks is not what it used to be.
