  One of the best places to rescue a dog or cat. Staff very friendly and helpful. My dog Morgana comes from this shelter.

  My cat adoption could not possibly have gone better. Lucky for me I met all the requirements and Ozzy Pawsbourne has a new home. The 2 ladies I dealt with on 2 separate days were way beyond helpful and took great time to show me around and they were able to, from memory, give me the background of most of the cats up front. I am pleased beyond measure.
  
  Do an animal a solid and go visit D'Arcy.

  Drove across the city to possibly meet a dog.
  I was treated like I've never owned a well behaved dog. We have large dogs in our family I understand what a dog needs.. I was denied to meet/pick out a dog because I don't have a closed in yard. We live in Winnipeg but own a cabin we are at often.
  
  I was helped by Maryam and was treated very ignorant.

  Truly amazing people. We have adopted and fostered dogs with D'Arcy's and the staff really cares about the animals. Yes, they ask a lot of questions during the adoption process but that is because they don't want to see the animal be returned. I'm a strong supporter of D'Arcy's A.R.C and refer all of my friends and family to them. They also have a great selection of pet food, toys and grooming supplies.

  Very nice, clean shelter. This is a registered charity, which means that donations are tax-deductible. Staff CARE about their animals. Customers can also buy pet supplies and pet food in the store.
