I've been to several Toronto bike shops and liked this one the best. Even before I got inside, the self-opening door was the first sign that my experience was going to be great. I received friendly, knowledgeable, speedy service and the price was great, too. I highly recommend this shop!

Amazing Service! I'm so happy with all amazing people who helped me. They are all awesome! Zach, Andrew, Jeff and the other two people! Very helpful, especially Zach really helped me with what I needed. This is gonna be my favourite bike shop from now on and they are very close to where I live.

On two separate occasions I called the store to inquire about
two completely different bikes they had for sale on their website.
Both times the bike in question was "sold just today".. not sure they were telling the truth. The other thing I find misleading with this company is that the first bike I inquired about was still listed on their website as ON SALE despite it being sold as a CLOSEOUT seven months ago? What kind of racket are you guys running here?

I've been coming here for several years now, not just because it's (fairly) close to home - for when I have another flat tire from riding on Toronto streets. The service is always friendly & efficient, highly recommended! ps lots of great things to shop for too re bikes & tons of accessories!

An amazing quality of service from the second you walk into the shop until the second you leave. Went in to get some new parts and the guys working helped install them and even gave my bike a quick tune-up during the process. I haven't been this impressed with a shop for a long time. Will definitely be back to my new favourite bike shop! Thank you to all the staff who made my visit so memorable.

Excellent service. The employee helping me out picked out the best parts, installed them for me and made sure that everything was in working order (doing it over again when he noticed my seat was a little crooked) before I left. The parts ended up being very affordable. I would definitely return for parts and service.

It's a little out of the way from downtown, but they have the best service and staff. Always willing to help me out and learn more about fixing my bike myself. I can't recommend this place enough.

The staff have always been incredibly nice and helpful. They just all seem like cool, friendly people. I have had my bike repaired here a couple times and bought a few items and they always try their best to find the best thing for you, and not try to sell you on the most expensive item. Good products and great service.

Great selection of accessories and bikes at a very reasonable price. The staff is friendly and service is always perfect. As strange as this might sound, the only trouble I ever had here was with the owner himself. Not sure if he was having a bad day but he barely acknowledged me and didn't help me at all. I decided to leave and went back the next day when the more friendly staff was working.
