  Dr. Rachel Staples is THE best dentist I’ve ever had. Her professionalism and skill level is beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past. Maybe even more importantly, she is a remarkable, kind person who cares about her patients.
  
  I was unhappy with and somewhat ashamed of the condition of my teeth for years, which resulted in anxiety going to the dentist to take the first step to improve them. It’s like being so out of shape that you feel like you have to work out at home before you can go to a gym…but never do.
  
  When I met Dr. Staples and the team at Urban Smiles, I knew they were the right fit for me, immediately. Not once have I felt judged…only supported and respected.
  
  Over the past two years, they have been working to restore a smile I can be proud of. I trust them whole-heartedly with my dental care, knowing they always make my best interest a priority.
  
  Thank you to the whole team at Urban Smiles for your continued level of awesome. I appreciate you.
  
  If you have teeth…you should probably make this your new dental clinic. 🦷

  Very unique dental office. Every area exceeded my expectations from a thoughtful, experienced, kind dentist, lovely receptionist, to a an excellent hygienist. Makes you feel that they only hire nice staff. Prices are good. Office is stunning. They even have an adorable dog to make people feel comfortable. It doesn't get better than this.

  Best dentist around! Past dentists have often overlooked/dismissed my symptoms and concerns, but at Urban Smiles I am finally getting the treatment I need. The whole team was super compassionate and knowledgable, and the range of treatments they offer far outweigh other dental offices I've experienced. If you have anxiety, this dental team is extremely understanding and I 100% reccomend them. 10/10 ♥️✨

  Our visit to Urban Smiles Colwood was totally satisfactory, From the moment we arrived the attention was extraordinary, the explanation of all the procedure that had to be done was very clear and all the people who work there have exceptional attention. I highly recommend going to Urban Smiles Colwood.

  I’ve had my fair share of dental work done and had gone to two previous dental offices where I had some horrendous experiences before going to Urban Smiles. I had pretty bad dental anxiety but after visiting Urban Smiles a good handful of times from 2018 to now(2021) I can say my dental anxiety has slowly diminished. I have been a client at both the Victoria location & now Colwood. I love the staff and Dr. Staples. I really appreciate their work & how comforting they really are. My son also goes and has been since he was 2. He loves the dentist! Soon my other toddler will be going as well.
