  First off let’s me say that my previous trauma has made it tough for me to want to go to the dentist, but from the moment I stepped into Urban Smiles Victoria, I felt a sense of relief. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, the waiting room is comfy with lots to look at to ease your mind.
  
  I was going to urban smiles for a new bridge with Dr. Livingstone. The moment I sat down Dr.Livingstone assistant Collen was kind, has a great sense on humour and extremely professional through the whole process. Dr.Livingstone sat down and gave me the complete game plan on how things were going to go and really made sure I was apart of the process. Throughout the work both Dr.Livingstone and Colleen check in to make sure everything is going ok, which I thought was great not only are they trying to get the work done but they are checking in on your experience.
  Dr.Livingstone is a professional in every possible way, he is constantly making sure what is best for the client. He is calm, patient, easy to talk to and he takes great pride in his work, and it shows.
  
  I can’t believe I’m saying this but for the first time I am looking forward to going back to Urban Smiles Victoria for all my future dental work. I highly recommend this team; you won’t be disappointed!

  5 stars is all I can give, but seriously this team is like a 10 star office.
  I have SERIOUS anxiety coming to the dentist. I'll talk myself out of most appointments if I could.
  But Dr Ana, Sarah and Danielle have all put in some truly appreciated dedicated effort to really change my perspective when it comes to sitting in their chair.
  
  They've gone above and beyond to ensure I'm comfortable with what work is being done. They ensure I understand what work is being done from start to finish.
  
  The work 10/10
  The communication 10/10
  The fun office 10/10
  
  Worth a check out guys!.

  Everyone I came into touch with was amazing- from Jessica who answered lots of questions, and communicated new patient information clearly, to Dana who was gentle and efficient, and reassuring during the cleaning. Monique (I think?) at the front desk was fabulous and friendly during check in and checking out. She was so joyful! Dr.Dundas was fantastic! She was so competent, worked quickly and was a fantastic cheerleader through needle anxiety. She was caring and kind and really ensured I knew what was happening and checked in lots- her assistant Sarah was such a gem and put me right at ease. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. 11/10 stars. Thanks so much!

  I recently have started coming here after moving to Victoria and have nothing but positive feedback. The staff were wonderful and very helpful when it came to getting my wisdom teeth removed this summer and made the whole experience stress free and comfortable. I only trust my hygienist Ashley to do my cleanings now as she is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Thank you Urban Smiles for running such a great practice (in an amazing location) with the most gracious staff. Well done!

  I love Urban Smiles! The best dentist experience. The dentist used to cause me a lot of anxiety. Dr Livingston, Colleen and the whole team make the office very welcoming and calming. The waiting room has a massage chair and tea corner with chic decor. I’ve had cleanings & a front chip tooth fixed and am very pleased with the results.I recommend Urban Smiles to everyone. Thank you!
