Rude and racist security guards at the front door. I've been going there for 2 years without incident, and although it smells like sewage backup, I usually still have fun here. The other night however, I waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to refuse to let me in because "You're the one from last time". What does that even mean???Once they decided I was someone else, they wouldn't even speak to me and told me to get out of line and move along. The only time I've ever had to deal with security here was when my coat was stolen in the middle of winter and security didn't give two f**ks because the bar was closed, they just kicked me out into the street in minus 40 degree weather, instead of helping me find it. Don't waste your time with this place, the front door staff are on the biggest power trip ever and clearly just love having authority, plus their customer service skills are non-existent.
too crowded. unfriendly security. long line ups even on coach check. cant breathe inside, the place smells. I think it needs to be more organized and due for reno.
Awful terrible drag act, just sat on a chair and mimed. No interaction with audience. Got bored and left. Went to another bar with better entertainment and cheaper drinks
The staff are the absolute rudest, DISRESPECTFUL people i have ever seen and experienced.
This place sucks! Don't waste your money here! Crews and Tangos I hope you consider hiring people that are better trained. I will never again come back nor will any of my friends.

The best drag bar in Toronto. If you want to have a good night, definitely go here. If you've never been, you need to go. ♥️
RACIST SECURITY GUARDS. This place Mainly plays mainstream music and the drinks are overpriced. Security guards on seperate occasions have sexually assaulted my friend (he grabbed her vagina) and said racist and sexist things to me. They are disrespectful and on a complete power trip. Fun fact: security guards ain't making nothing safe if they're physically, sexually, and verbally abusing/assaulting people that are seeking a space where their identity is supposed to be celebrated. This place sucks! Don't go! Don't waste your money here! Yes yes YAll events are so much better and people there are WAY more respectful and have actual human decency. Crews and Tangos I hope you consider hiring people that are better trained to be around queer people of colour. I will never again come back nor will any of my friends.
My hotel concierge suggested this place. Being from out of town, I expected people from Toronto to be very rude, but to my surprise everyone was so friendly with me and my wife. I never been to a place were people were so fun, caring, and very affectionate I must say.
People must have thought I was famous or something because guys kept on coming up to me. Even my wife was quite the star, women we buying her drinks all night. People are so friendly here. I'll definitely tell my kids to come here when they visit Toronto this Summer.
I'm sorry, but your security staff/ bouncers are a bunch of rude a#%hats. Especially the ones on the back patio. Love the shows, wait/bar staff are amazing, prices are reasonable - basic pricing, not overly expensive but not cheap either. Unfortunately I do have to say again, that your security staff/bouncers that where at the back patio on July 8th 2017 were quite verbally rude to not only to myself and my bridal party. But, also to other patrons. I work with the public too and I understand that some nights can get very trying and hard to deal with others. But that does not give someone the right to be rude to a paying customer, I watched for over a half hour while this security guard/bouncer swore at the customer to wait their turns or to go to the back of the line. The way he did this could've caused a situation to go further, however it did not. The patrons had enough sense just to walk away, his behavior is unacceptable for any security staff member. I sincerely doubt that I'll ever refer your club/bar to others or even go there myself again.
Firstly, security is lax, except when it comes to keeping the staircase open you can't even pause for a breath or they'll move you along. That same security, fails to maintain an open path around the bars or to an exit. As for overly drunk patrons? wow, many can't even walk, yet get fed more alcohol. Upstairs, with that many people in one space, is screaming for a fire inspector, say at 130am. The building moves with the rhythm upstairs. I pity the people in the bathroom gettin it on, or doing their party favours. They'll be trapped when it caves.
Great if you're into drag queens. The drinks are priced fairly and good. I think it's a bit too small. Wouldn't recommend if you're not into drag considering this place is centered around them, but that's kind of stating the obvious.
The entertainment is good but the venue itself is dirty. The basement reeks of sewage to the point I'm surprised a health inspection hasn't been done. Staff seems to think that the customers are there for their benefits and not the other way around. Still - the bar IS FUN - just dirty with rude workers.
I went here the second night during my time in Toronto. I can honestly say that I can come back here and meet up with the awesome and friendly people I fell in love with. The security here wasn't uptight like they usually are back home (nyc) . I fell the second night I went here and everyone was super professional and didn't make me feel embarrassed. Thank you so much you guys, you really know how to make a girl feel at home while being away from home ❤️
Too many straight people with too many other places to go. Hang out somewhere else or stay home, you've got an entire city of venues to drink and dance at; you don't need to clog up the gay bars.
Otherwise, good cover, good drinks, good music!
