We recently had Pool Craft replace our existing liner which was approximately 25 years old. I want to express our sincere appreciation to Geoff, Meagan and the entire team at Pool Craft for their excellent service. Their professionalism was top notch throughout the entire project. Their on site service teams were courteous, friendly and above all, very experienced in what they do. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for any thing. When it comes to pool knowledge and best in class service, these people and their company truly excel!
Thank you again for a great experience! If I could have given 10 stars, I would!!!!

Pool Craft is an amazing company we have being using them for 4 years. I would reccomend them to anyone. Meagan who is the service manager is very efficient and is always there to help and get it done. I don’t know what I would do without her she always there to to solve the problems. 5 star plus !!!

Poolcraft came to our rescue for the 2022 opening season of our pool, we uncovered our pool only to find our pool liner did not make it through the winter. Our previous pool company had retired after 28 years and we did not know who to contact. We found Poolcraft through other recommendations and upon contact with Sean they immediately responded. They were here on May 3rd, measured for a new liner and yesterday June 22, 2022 our new liner was installed, Harland and Yanek were amazing, they definitely knew what they were doing our pool was a 20x40 and these two technicians had it installed within 3 hours, the water truck came exactly when they required. They were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly, it was an extremely hot day but they never stopped. Just as they finished and right on queue Mike from Poolcraft showed up to complete the opening. This company is spot on with their scheduling due to the meticulous management by Sean and Geoff. What started as a disaster for us, not knowing where to start, turned to the most positive experience we could have ever imagined by this company. They took all the burden, responsibility, we had nothing to arrange. The are now going to be our go to pool company for all future servicing. Sincere Thanks to the Poolcraft Team for all your hard work.

Highly Recommend Pool Craft! Shawn, the Service Manager, is very responsive and super helpful in scheduling the service promptly. Mike the lead Technician and Tyler his assistant were both excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service.

Had a leak in one of the underground pipes, Mike took the time to explain the process and then went about doing their job. They dug only where needed, very minimal, didn't tear the place apart while being very thorough to identify all the leaks. They were so clean and methodical about their finishing that one would never know they were ever here! Very impressed! I have pebble stones on top of the soil where the digging was done, there is aboslutely no sign that the area was tampered with, they left the place exactly how they found it! Mike was very knowledgable and both were very hard working - they were in and out within a few hours.

Great team - Shawn, Mike and Tyler great work and thank you for your great service.

Amazing experience. Everyone at pool craft was beyond wonderful to work with, from the initial introduction meeting, to the 3D rendering, right through to the very end. The landscapers (the twins) were truly great to work with and even treated our place better than we do - taking extra care to make sure every stone and every piece of sod was laid just perfectly. It’s amazing what they were able to do with such a small backyard. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.
