Henry was great! Super friendly and provided all the information that we needed. Great pricing and selection for vinyl floors. Highly recommend stopping in here if you're looking for flooring. Thank you Henry!

Henry is truly one-of-a-kind. He really does give every customer his undivided attention and works to meet all your needs. This was the second time purchasing flooring through his store and both experiences were very pleasant. I wasn't able to pick up my order this time so I gave him a quick call and sure enough he gave me a number for someone that could take care of it for me. His contact provided same-day service at a fair price, he really saved me. I've also used his contacts to hire installers and was very pleased with their work.

This is the first time I feel compelled to leave a review for a company that I did not end up purchasing from. Yaletown Flooring and Henry were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Unfortunately, I could not find my flooring match this time but I would definitely return here for future projects and refer friends and family. These guys are top notch! Great selection, pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

Henry is knowledgeable, super helpful, patient and available. He totally understood our situation, helped us in making our decision on which hardwood to go for and was patient with us throughout the process. He also offered the best price among all places we asked for quotes.
