I have been waiting years to get some ugly blemishes removed from my face. Dr. Lupin and his assistants are very pleasant and they explained the options clearly. The treatment was gentle and thorough. I will go back to get a few more finishing touches and I highly recommend this place.

Dr lupin and his team at cosmedica are all so professional, patient and caring! Lovely office space. I had a very pleasant experience with them. Would highly recommend getting any procedure done here!

What a fantastic facility you have. I have had many treatments here now and you are all beyond amazing. Helpful, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I will never choose another spot for my treatments if I can help it. I would highly recommend this Center for all your beauty needs and wants. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had an amazing experience at Cosmedica! I absolutely hate needles and the procedure I was getting required a bit of freezing.. I was extremely nervous, so much so that I almost backed out. However, Dr. Lupin and Pam made me feel so at ease and made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much!

This clinic is simply amazing! It's a very nice clinic that makes you feel relax, and comfortable from the time you enter to the time you leave. They informed me, and answered all the questions I had regarding the treatment I was interested in. The treatment itself was done with great professionalism. I highly recommend this wonderful clinic.

Last year I received sudden sunburn damage on my face and nose. I saw many doctors over 9 months without success. Eventually I found Dr Lupin. His experience was immediately obvious and he gave me the treatment I needed. Just ask for a referral from your GP.

Dr. Lupin is the best dermatologist I have ever dealt with.
I have had to see many (Toronto/Vancouver/Grande Prairie/Victoria) over my lifetime to help with acne. Often I leave the appointment thinking "did he/she listen to a word I said? how could they see the condition of my skin from 10 feet across the room?".
Luckily I was recommended to see Dr. Lupin, who listened and catered to my specific needs. Within weeks my skin is looking significantly better.
Also impressive- on my second visit he remembered a medical condition I have (their computers were down) after only meeting me once, more than a month ago.
His thoughtfulness and professionalism are top notch.

Love this clinic! I fly from Vancouver to go here a few times a year. Dr. Lupin is a highly qualified dermatologist who is excellent at his trade. I have done a number of laser treatments, botox, thermage and filler. All with wonderful natural results. The staff is terrific, helpful and kind and the clinic feels very refreshing and relaxing. They take pride in their work, and their machines and their environment. I won't go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at Cosmedica. I received a Clear and Brilliant laser facial and I'm really happy with the results so far and the best is yet to come! The staff was very kind and patient with me and had no qualms answering my many many questions! I was nervous as it was my first treatment like this but as soon as I stepped inside their office the calm ambiance and friendly and knowledgeable staff soothed me. The treatment was very fast, under 15 minutes and so easy! And the tea they serve is divine!

I recently had a really odd shape circular scar on my back, Dr. Lupin suggested scar revision to remove the old scar with a new linear scar. The surgery was quick and I am more than happy with the results, he is very caring and listens to your concerns. I went to him for other skin issues because I was very happy with the results of the first surgery. So far the products he prescribed to me have been working and the laser he used on my face although it has only been 3 days the results look promising! I felt very comfortable I did not feel like obligated or pressured to go with his suggestion, he is not pushy and does not try to sell you on his products or procedures. I am a student and he recommended things that worked around my student budget. Overall, he is an awesome doctor I highly recommend him for any skin concerns.

As a member of the design community, I find it disheartening to see companies use tactics that body shame women. Your recent public advertisement on the back of Victoria city buses, shames women who have given birth and exploits insecurities. I would hope that in this current day and age, these marketing practices would be obsolete by now. Companies who lead don't follow these tactics.
