Horrible! Horrible customer service. I have never seen an establishment this disrespectful to the clients after spending over 1100$ . they are miss leading and lie. Stay away from this place they are nice to you until you give them the money and than your treated like garbage. I highly recommend you stay away from this place and spend your money else where, because they dont appreciate you as a custumer whats so ever. If i had to give this place zero stars I would.

Ordered an island from them had to pick it up as they dont deliver. Which was fine but they didn't provide the screws and brackets. The sales person was very nice until they got the money. When we called back for help the attitude was very different.

I have a Cortina Kitchen and the brackets that hold the drawer front on the drawer, broke. Cortina will replace them for free if I drive to Woodbridge. To save time and gas, I asked "customer service" to ship them to me at my costs and was told by "customer service" to call back because this is a 'management" decision. A decision like like should be pretty simple and I call this "NON Customer Service"
