Corinne was the best real estate agent; she did everything from staging, to listing the property, incredible showings and packed open houses, leading to selling my property in 2 weeks in a down market! Thanks to all of her marketing efforts, she sold my place for the price I wanted. Her attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge and commitment is like no one else. I have no hesitations in recommending Corinne and would use her anytime I am buying or selling a property.

I’m a difficult person to please when it comes to real estate - I think I know what I want, but I really don’t. Luckily, Corinne is extremely patient and observant - she was always listening and remembered all the comments I made during our showings to use and reflect on when I was indecissive. Basically, Corinne knew what I wanted better than I did, which is exactly what I needed in a real estate agent. If you need someone who cares about what YOU want and can help guide you towards a home that you will be happy with, I would 100000% recommend Corinne Marks - she’s a saint and she won’t let you down.

I was new to the city and did not know much about any of the neighbourhoods except for the downtown core - Corinne gave me a breakdown of each neighbourhood based on location, style, vibe and highlighted the ones that she felt pertained to me based on everything I had told her. Her detailed knowledge of all neighbourhoods and her listening skills to what I wanted really made my anxiety about moving to a new city and looking for a new home so much better. She was spot on with everything and I love my new home. If you are looking for a real estate agent ever, you will be in the BEST hands if you use Corinne as yours!

Corinne definitely takes all the stress out of finding a property for you - she is on top of the market, knows about every listing and will get you through the front door at any point. Even though she had so many other clients, she somehow made you feel like you were her only one. I love my new home and I couldn’t thank her enough for finding it for me. Would with out a doubt recommend Corinne Marks and her team if you want a reliable real estate agent who is efficient , knowledgeable and makes looking at properties fun during such a stressful time.

Corinne helped me find my first condo and I couldn’t be happier! Initially I was so intimidated and felt under prepared, but from the moment we started working together she turned that all around. She always took time to explain things to me in a way I could understand and ultimately she found my dream first home!! I will never work with another agent and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Whatever your needs, Corinne is always attentive, patient, and has the best eye!
