Working on Courtenay, this little place is perfect. A real laid back vibe, the beds are clean and comfortable, the WiFi is fast, a nice little pool and hot tub (though the hot tub could be more hot), and there's easy parking for big trucks.
    I couldn't ask for more.

Beds were small and hard, and there were always people smoking at the base of the stairs. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was small, and not very hot.

Suitable for a quick overnight stay. Rooms are simple and clean, but not very soundproof.

Beds hard as hell. Rooms are clean but small. No AC. They supply the room with a fan but all it really does is circulate the warm air until it starts to cool off at night. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I wish I could post pictures on here because omg are the reviews misleading. The room is nothing like the pictures on here at all. The door has clearly been kicked in. They painted around the toilet. Half of the bulbs are burnt out in the bathroom. There's no A.C. and it's sweltering in here. There's also no extra security lock which is really reassuring because there was a fight outside last night. Oh and there's also no bathroom fan so the whole room is so stuffy and moist.

Each room has its own Internet connection and updated smart tv. Two closest restaurants are both very good

Appears a little dated but provides clean and tidy rooms, swimming pool and hot tub.

I'm on day fifteen of my work trip and have stayed in a dozen hotels across BC, all the least expensive in the area I'm in. Out of every hotel I've been to this is simply the nicest one I've stayed in. The room is nicely done, clean and smells great and in the bathroom they've gone above and beyond with the usual amenities plus a shoe shine kit and vanity kit!

Unlike most hotels in this price range the shower head is nice and high, being 6' 2" I cannot stand feeling like I'm showing in Danny DeVito's house. The tub was pristine as well with fast hot water.

A large up to date TV, microwave and fridge were in my room as well as private WiFi and digital cable.

Definitely will stay again, great staff and great rooms.
