They had lost my reservation and re-assigned me to a conference room next to the front desk which had been converted into a bedroom-ish space. A door that does not lock connected this "conference room bedroom" to the front desk / office area.
I started to look for the hidden cameras because I thought I was getting punked.
Hang on to your confirmation # if you are going to stay here.
I felt bad for the frontline staff because none of this was their doing -they were apologetic.response / report this review -

An oldy but a clean place with friendly people running the show. They certainly know how to take care of a place with heart. We are just in the conference room but they take care of it daily. Its cost to the busy main road running through Courtney so it's with the city sounds.

Absolutely love the time that we have had the privilege of their hospitality. In December of 2015 we found the necessity to stay here for almost 3 weeks due to a housing issue. At the time we had 3 adults & 4 small female dogs, a kennel for each of the dogs dog food & toys as well as the bare necessities in the room with us humans to live. The hotel even gave us a small break on the cost as we were staying for more a than a week & we were taking care of the room ourselves Wewere taken care of during our stay, even when the girls were being difficult.
Once again we have had another housing issue. This time my daughter is with family & she has one of the girls, we have the other 3. The difference between the last time & this time is that we have 2 adult with 3 dog but with one of them is newly certified as my medical alert dog. Since we had been here for an extended time once before, they put a waiver on the $200 reservation charge.
I can't even begin to spread the praises of this establishment. Most other places to stay @ will either refused any animals, not even a certified animal.

The room was clean and tidy, the shower curtain was missing but they brought us one right away. We didn't have a corkscrew and when asked, they brought us one right away also. Lots of hot water for the shower and extra pillows for the bed. Would of been nice to have the music channels on the cable tv though.

The lady at the front desk ( I believe her name was Ann not sure), was on her phone the whole time and gave us rude, quick and unfriendly responses when checking in. I did not like that that she was cursing and to be honest belittling a female staff member in front of us. Terrible. Because of that, I will not go there, nor recommend this motel to anyone👎🏽

Location was on the main road, the service was great and the room was cheap. They had a coffee maker, TV and mini fridge in the room. Everything was clean and tidy. It was what I was expecting for $80 a night. There was a pool and hot tub available aswell. I would go back if I ever find myself in the area again.
