Do NOT stay at this hotel.
We stayed there last weekend with a group and it was horrific. A friend found dirty underwear under the bedgross!
My son borrowed two towels from the front desk to go swimming. When he got out of the pool, the towels had been taken by someone else. He explained that to the front desk and they still charged us $22.60 to 'replace' themas if I'd ever steal their crappy pool towels.
They also charged many rooms from our group with all sorts of extra fees including a towel cleaning fee - a towel that had been used to clean up the vomit of an 18 month old.to the tune of $56!!! The most expensive load of.laundry on the planet. He was just a baby! What a racket. The hidden costs are dispicable, as is how these ppl run their business. They should be embarrassed, and ashamed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, let me say this first. I'm giving two stars because our room was across the hall from the ice machines, which woke us up about 2 or 3 times during the night. "But that's not the hotel's fault", said the person who starts internet fights. Fine, but the ACTUAL room had an old radiator that sounded like a generator. "We'll just turn it off" LOOK I DONT WANT TO SLEEP COVERED IN SWEAT EITHER. We didn't stay for breakfast although 'french toast casserole' was tempting out of pure curiosity.

Location is great, right off the 401. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are very nice and the complimentary breakfast is excellent.

We stayed with our 2 grand children..they enjoyed the small pool area..it was fine for a quick dip but could use an updating. The rooms were large and clean but like the pool area is getting tired. Wifi worked good enough and the mattresses were reaching the end of their life. There is a Subway Pita Pit and A&W as well as a Tim Horton's all near by and it is right beside the 401. Breakfast was great with eggs sausages waffles and bagels etc. Staff was more than friendly and helpful.

I always love staying at the comfort inn! Rooms are always clean and comfortable, the service is always great and you can usually always get a room!

I have stayed here over 6 different times. No major complaints. Friendly staff, firm mattresses that sleep great and the water gets hot quick for a shower!
