Thank you for your professional service.
Our cat, at 12 years, became anemic. Tests found she was too far gone.
You gave me the right direction and support to help her on her way.
Amzing service! Squeezed me in when all other clinics in the area were closed over long weekend. Super clean office, incredibly friendly staff . They made my cat feel comfortable which is hard to do because tbh he's kind of a grumpy cat.
Anyhow my cat is better and I went home with peace of mind. I'll be returning in a few months for a tartar cleaning. Y'all are the best!
I own three French bulldog puppies and I been with this vet for last 2.5 months. Found it on google, pretty close to where I live and awesome prices.
But you pay less for reasons, my puppies got diarrhea and puking often went to get treatment and medicine from this vet also got blood tested for 125$
But was still not cute. Doc Kam one doctor in here is not bad base on my instant feeling he has a heart towards animal and the oldest doctor I guess he’s the owner is a nice guy but limited knowledge. The other two younger veterinarian has no knowledge nor are they experienced that’s the young guy with turban and young lady with glasses. I got three of my puppies in today one has developed lumps on neck and all three with allergy breathing problem wanted doc Kam and the young turban doc came in I wasn’t pleased, my puppies weren’t feeling well and hard to bring three puppies alone. I just walked away and they don’t even care, that’s very sad bc as doctors and nurse you must love every animal and be attentive with love. If any of you still wanna visit here go for doc Kam only.
Not very helpful. The doctor didnt do a very thorough check of our kitten. No flee check, no worm check. He didnt give us any pointers. The receptionist was giving my partner in the waiting room harmfully uneducated advice. Not a very inviting place. They dont seem to enjoy their job like my current vet does.
Awesome vets!! The staff are extremely nice people and my dog is very comfortable with our vet and our visits to their office have always been positive and extremely reasonably priced. Thank you Dr Kam and staff!
The prices are reasonable but I have some issues with this place.. The receptionists are sometimes rude, abrupt & never seem to be able to answer your questions without consulting with the vets. The receptionists often got the gender & names of my cats wrong & this was annoying and I got sick and tired of correcting them over & over again. 3 years ago when I took one of my older cats in they put her on some iv fluid for a little while then given medicine to give her at home & she died the next day. I was devastated and so angry! I sent a copy of her blood work to a Vancouver vet for a 2nd opinion and was told she could have lived longer & they were surprised by what she was being prescribed based on her conditions. After confronting them about this, the Columbia square animal hospital told me they didn't want my business any longer. I told them I was going to contact the collage of veterinarians about my treatment and the girl in reception said "go right ahead" and dismissed me rudely. I also said I was going to give them a bad review and one vet quickly phoned me back saying I could still go to them. They are close to where I live so location is convenient but have never forgotten the past experience & hesitated to go back until recently when I enquired about getting a new cat spayed & was given a price & approximate date just to have another rude receptionist call me back the next day & lie to me saying they do not perform spays or neutering any longer claiming they are only doing major surgery and to go elsewhere. I have since learned this was all false, they just didn't want my business.
I will never go back. They may have good prices and be open late but you get what you pay for so I cannot recommend this place
I have been going to this vet clinic for several years now and they have always been awesome. They have long hours and affordable prices and the quality of the care is always top notch. I still take my pets here now that I live in Vancouver because they are always so reliable. I have referred many friends here as well!
The staff were very friendly and the vets are extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend to others.
Helped my first cat when 3 other vets were unable to solve a recurrent urinary tract issue. The Dr's are kind, great with animals and i trust them fully. Cost wise, they are very reasonable.
The vets were very kind and I never have a hard time getting an appointment. I can also get medication here for half the price of my old vet in Langley
Very helpful desk staff and good vets who take time to explain your pets issues. $20 for a basic check up seemed reasonable to me.
I've been to other vets in Vancouver and they told me I had to spend a lot of money for a bunch of different things for my dog. I went to Columbia square vet for a second opinion and they became my new vet the minute I walked through the door. Dr. Brar is super honest and will take his time with you. He will stay and answer all of your questions until you leave completely happy.
I adopted my dog last year and he had bad oral hygiene from his pervious owner. Recently he had to get surgery to get some teeth pulled and cleaned. The entire staff was great during this anxious time! They did a great job with the entire procedure. My dog seemed very comfortable and I was updated throughout all the steps. I always tell anyone that has a pet to come here! You will love it.
First of all, the doctors didn't bother properly introduce themselves so I don't even know their names. I've talked to two different doctors and one doctor said that my puppy didn't need a blood test and the other said she did. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't show any compassion for my puppy. It was very clear to me that they were not into helping but selling more expensive tests.
If you care about your pets, please find a proper vet. I just wasted 1 hour repeating the same thing over and over while they pushed me on selling tests which weren't needed for my puppy.
I'm glad that I walked out of there and knowing my puppy deserves to be treated by compassionate, professional vet not some pushy rude sales men.
I even had to ask if they were licensed because they didn't seem like they were trained to deal with animals at all. When I asked them for their names and their license numbers they refused to give me that information.
