Fiancée was getting her gown at Sophie's so I figured I'd drop in and take a look at what Collins had to offer for my rental. From the moment I walked in the very first time even til when I returned mine and my son's suits after my wedding they were courteous kind and very accommodating. I'm a bigger guys and finding a decent suit is hard enough but this store and Kristen in particular was simply amazing. Even out with strep she looked in on my rental from home to make sure the staff was informed of everything she promised me and more.

10/10 would go back and rent if not buy from them based solely on their customer service alone.

Ps. Some of of the items came in and didn't fit but they overnighted everything they needed to for a perfect fit on my wedding day.

WORST SERVICE EVER. STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO GET BACK TO US REGARDING POOR SERVICE AND THE WEDDING WAS BEGINNING OF JULY. WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU EVER MAKE GOING WITH THESE GUYS. TAKE MY ADVICE AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE. RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . NOTHING WILL FIT UNTIL 3RD TIME GOING BACK. MAKE PLANS TO GO BACK ON THE DAY OF WEDDING AS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ALL YOUR STUFF WHEN YOU PICK IT UP . 0 STAR RATING BUT NO OPTION FOR THAT. IF MANAGEMENT SEES THIS RESPOND TO THE EMAIL , BUT I DOUBT THEY WILL SO I WILL KEEP POSTING NEGATIVE REMARKS UNTIL I GET A RESPONSE, EVEN IF ITS ON A DAILY BASIS I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT A DISGUSTING COMPANY YOU ARE RUNNING

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD . HAD TO GO BACK TWICE ON DAY OF WEDDING FOR MISSING ITEMS. EVERY ONE HAD TO GO BACK AT LEAST TWICE AND 3 TIMES FOR MESSED UP SIZES. VERY IMPOLITE STAFF THAT SEEMED TO CARE LESS. THIS WOULD BE THE WORST DECISION TO GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. 2 SUITS WERE WAITING AT THE LONDON STORE AND THE WEDDING WAS IN WINDSOR, WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TRASH THIS STORE TO ANYONE I SPEAK TO. HOPING MANAGEMENT ON A HIGHER LEVEL THAN THE STORE WILL SEE THIS BECAUSE STORE MANAGEMENT COULD HAVE CARED LESS AND NOT EVEN A APOLOGY.

WORST SERVICE EVER. ROTTEN AND RUDE STAFF. EVERY TIME ANY ONE IN THE WEDDING PARTY PUT THERE JACKET ON EVERY SLEEVE CUFF CAME UNDONE . HAD TO GO BACK 3 TIMES FOR MISFITTING STUFF. MISSING STUFF AND HAD TO GO BACK ON WEDDING DAY. MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THIS COMPANY WILL RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY.
YOUR WEDDING DAY WILL BE RUINED !!!!!!!!!!

Came to Collins for my Best Friends wedding. He came down from England and they matched everything he had with myself and the other groomsmen. Kristen at the front desk was great with following up and keeping us updated. Wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend and be back!

Suits were great and the color and style we requested. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication with suspenders required for the groomsman and groom, with one that was to be replaced due to staining was replaced with another pair with staining. One groomsman did need his jacket replaced for a jacket with a better fit but did not receive his pocket square.

Although, as my wife and I were taught, "we can't sweat the small things leading up to the wedding," we were fortunate enough to with the Bridal Confidential magazine contest back in March and Collins Windsor was amazing and opened my eyes to tan suits. (Note any Asian men getting married, PLEASE consider a tan suit for yourself and/or your groomsman, trust me!) They do great work and made that photoshoot amazing and overall did give us the suits we ordered on the day of our wedding.
