Sales recommended a Speed Queen commercial washer and dryer set for our business. Being expensive, I thought it was quite robust. The crew does approximately 1-2 loads a day. The washing machine starting leaking all over the floor after 4 months of use. Only parts are covered. Should have went to Home Depot or Costco.

Well if you want to be ripped off this is the pace to go. I ordered and paid for kitchen exhaust fan. It was in stock , 2 days delivery 2 weeks later latest info 1 to 6 months. Tried to get refund of over 2000 no joy. i guess small claims court next. These people will lie to their teeth to get a sale. My advise go to Costco and stay away from these idiots. I am so disappointed in this Company just another Canadian farce. They wonder why people shop on line. They are the reason. dishonest , unreliable and they do not care. Here is the next Sears.

Very similar experience to Dave squires'. I Bought a dishwasher in December. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They sent an installer to set the appliance up but he didn't know how, said the appliance didn't work and ended up causing damage to my house. I paid for an electrician to come fix the problem but still got billed by coast appliances for the install even though the sales man had agreed to cover it.
I spent the next month chasing down the now unfriendly salesman trying to get answers until finally Bosch fixed the problem themselves. Coast capital employee was very stereotypical greasy salesman. Probably sold used cars prior to this.
Product has been good but that's a credit to Bosch. Wouldn't shop here again or recommend it to anyone.response / report this review -

We purchased a Samsung Dishwasher here in November. It worked for 13 days then stopped. We tried to get a replacement, but Coast Appliances advised that it would have to be repaired. We had an Engineer come out 3 times (had to wait 2 weeks for each visit) The Engineer was very helpful and stated that the dishwasher was unrepairable and that we needed a new one. He said a report would be sent to Samsung. Well, it is 8 February, and we still have dishwasher that does not work and no sign of a new one. Coast Appliances have been absolutely useless. The Manager never once called me back and they acted like the second the Dishwasher left their premises, it was no longer their problem. Absolutely terrible customer service. They really do not give a damn. I have only given them one star because I could not post this without rating. If there were a Minus rating, I would have chosen that one.
