  Usman was very accommodating when my office computer suddenly stopped working. He came after hours to look at my computer and we had everything up and running in less than 24 hours.

  We've recently switched to CloudOrbis for our IT solutions. I must say the transition was terrific and they went out of their way to get us set up without any downtime.
  
  Our previous IT services were slow in getting back to us, didn't know how to solve issues (looked it up on Google which we could do), were not proactive when our server had problems (aren't we paying them to maintain & watch this?)
  
  One very important thing about CloudOrbis is they are very responsive, knowledgeable and fixed any issues straight away. We now have a 'submit ticket' icon on everyone's computer so each staff member can log their own tickets for any issues they have which is convenient to me as an admin since I don't need to call on 20 staff member's behalf.
  
  I'd like to thank both Usman and Muhammad who have gone above and beyond what we expected of an IT solutions provider.

  Cloud Orbis provides quality IT services from MO365 support, computer repair, back-up recovery along with numerous other services. They are always quick to respond to our questions and provide multiple options for supporting/improving our business needs. I would highly recommend Usman and his team.

  Cloud Orbis has been our IT provider for almost a year. During that time they've helped us in so many ways. They've helped our processes to be more efficient, shifted us from traditional server hardware to a more robust cloud-based solution, and supported me and my staff at every turn. I'm excited to continue our partnership for years to come!!
