  Alon was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us multiple options on how to list our property and how to attain the best selling price. His guidance through the negotiation process was excellent and we were very pleased with the level of service he and his team provided. I will definitely be recommending him to my family and friends.

  Leslie was outstanding! He was completely dedicated to us and selling our house for the best price. His stagers were incredible and made a huge difference. We’ve dealt with other realtors in the past and just felt like a transaction to them. Leslie’s whole style from start to finish was top notch. He started with presenting us with a complete review of the market in our community and having been a long time realtor, he really knows the market very well. Then his stagers and the photographer were fantastic. He produced a booklet for our house that was so professional. Couldn’t believe our house looked that pretty! Working with all of the showings and open houses was a breeze with him and he was in constant contact with us with feedback and updates all along. When it came time to managing the multiple offers, he was honest, straight forward and managed the highly stressful process with confidence and professionalism. We were ecstatic with our final offer which was the highest over asking price in the neighbourhood. Homes have sold before and after ours and none came close to what we got. I highly recommend working with Leslie and will 100% work with him on future purchase and sales.

  A knowledgeable professional that enabled us to sell our house in 5 days for 35% over asking!
  Leslie brought the right market insights and pricing strategy along with staging and photo/video to highlight the best our home had to offer. His expertise in negotiating in a multi offer situation allowed us to maximize our selling price.

  We've bought and sold again with Alon Hillel, and were again delighted with the experience. His expertise in the Markham Village neighbourhood gave us confidence the first time we worked with him (in 2010) and our trust has only grown since then. He worked hard to find the perfect home for us, as well as to get ours well-marketed and sold. Real estate has been a wild ride in 2022, but Alon helped us navigate on both the buying and selling side. Alon's network of professional contacts (stager, home inspector, etc) were invaluable to us as well. We happily recommend Alon and the Benczik Kavanagh team!
