  Two years ago, I thought about selling my house. I had sold my previous home and purchased my now home, with Laurissa Code. She was at another agency then, and so I looked her up to see she had started Cloud Real Estate Group. The professionalism, and service she provided to me was unquestionably 5 star. Why, you may ask ? To start with, she provided a cleaner to thoroughly deep clean my home, no strings attached, to ensure it showed amazingly. She is thoughtful, honest, kind and an expert in her field. She is not pushy and takes the time to know her clients, which builds a long term trusted relationship. People work with people, not companies, agencies or brands. People are a company's number one asset and that is why I choose to work with Laurissa!

  Great experience! This was our second time purchasing a home and first time selling. So we were super inexperienced with the process. This lovely group of women took the time to explain everything, answer all our questions, and were literally available 24/7. My 6am messages (a baby and a toddler at home so - i'm up early) were answered quickly lol. They sent over a handyman to fix our carpet, a cleaning lady to help me with showings, and a stager. Fast forward, we had some more surprise showings on a day I was not prepared and Laurissa literally came over within 15 minutes to help me get the kids out of there and cleaned! 10/10 reccomend them.
  
  She also encouraged us to but a bid on a property I just didn't think there was any chance we would get because it was listed almost near the very top of our budget. Fast forward, we followed her advice and are moving in next month and I couldn't be more excited.
  
  Thanks to all of you who helped us. You made it enjoyable, even in this crazy market.

  Laurissa and her team are amazing! From the first meeting we had with her we felt well taken care of- she reassured us and honestly told us what we could get for our place if we sold as is or what we could do to get more. Leaving us with suggestions we went to work and when we were ready to list she was there ready to help. She had a team assist with staging and cleaning and made our hard work shine! Selling was a lot less scary with her on our side and now we are excited to be searching for our new dream home. We are super happy we hired Laurissa and the Cloud Realty team!

  I’ve know Laurissa for quite some time as we used to be neighbours long ago. This past April I had to deal with some life changes, with it I had to sell my home and buy a new one. Everyone at Cloud Reality took me under their wing and helped me navigate successfully with their expertise and knowledge. The new place I bought has had some issues with which they took it upon themselves to help rectify, which I’ll add that they legally don’t have to. So in other words this team goes beyond what’s expected of them. I will always recommend to anyone Cloud Realty is the way to go. I can’t thank them enough.

  Great team to sell your house with. Laurissa was very professional from the first minute we met her. Her entire team of stager, floor planner, photographer, cleaner, handymen and behind the scene staff was very pleasant to work with! I can’t believe she includes all those services, it was fantastic and our house sold in a heartbeat :)
