Matt is a very professional property agent, very thoughout and experienced. I hired him to find tenant and manage my suit. After three house showing he is able to find the most suitable people. I am very thankful for his help.

Giving 5 star to TRG and especially to Matt, who helped me with tenant placement. He was able to find excellent tenant for me. I am also satisfied with the property management service. I didn't have to manage anything and I was always given update on anything important. Rent and utility was always collected on time. I highly recommended Matt and TRG.

Outstanding service I received from Matt Kuras for my Vancouver property management needs. Profesional and experienced. The whole process of finding me a tenant was spectacular and I'm very happy with the rent and the caliber of quality of the tenant he brought me.

Matt Kuras is such an approachable, reliable, experienced, and professional property manager. As you might know, 2021 Christmas was a record coldest holiday season with the heaviest snow in Vancouver. Matt worked throughout the entire Christmas break with hosting a lot of showings to rent out our property timely. My husband and I are so happy with the service he has provided. Highly recommended!!!
