  As a new Real Estate Agent on Vancouver Island I was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of support and meetings that were available to me. Weekly meetings, open door, tons of help when I need it and a great atmosphere. The owners are inclusive and kind and our managing broker is available every time I call with amazing advise.

The admin staff are always friendly and accommodating, the management is quick to respond and address your needs and the Realtors are professional and always thriving to grow their business and professional skills so to better serve the publics needs.   Re/Max Generation had, and is helping me a lot with my licensing journey. Their Monday night new agent training program is wonderful and very informative. We learn new things every week and meet lots of amazing people. Such a great group of people!

  I worked with many agents in this office! We have marketed for many clients looking to sell their high end home. Alex asked me to leave a review and it was simple to give them 5 stars! Most agents just don’t offer what this office does.
