  After a very unfortunate situation with a delinquent tenant, we needed to make a decision-try and clean the carpets or replace? We scheduled CleanRite to come out and clean, hoping this would solve our problem. After a very thorough walk-through, and after they discussed potential treatment options, with their expertise and support we came to the realization that the majority of the carpet was not salvageable. I felt like they truly cared about us, even if it meant we were unable to use their services at that time. I was even told to call back if I had any questions or wanted some advice on carpet types!
  
  
  
  We do intend to have them come out and clean what carpet we can salvage and I have full trust in knowing that they will do an excellent job and guide us through the entire process.

  I have had this company do my carpets and this time my sofa and carpets both times we are very pleased will definitely call this company again very knowledgeable and very friendly.

  Cleanrite was amazing. We had our carpets cleaned recently and he actually recommended that I go with the cheaper of his couple of options as he didn't think I needed the more expensive package. That is unheard of in my opinion. They did a wonderful job and I have already referred them to two people. Thank you!

  Excellent service!! They made our carpet look like new, even managing to take out a few stains I never thought I'd be rid of. Reasonably priced with friendly and courteous service. Very happy customer - will be back again!

  Have used them for years and have always been 100% completely satisfied. Does great job, friendly and fairly priced.
