  My wife and I did an infill project with the team at KCB. They are amazing to work with, price was on point and workmanship was top notch! The project was done 100% as promised and in the time frame we required. If you are looking for a great builder with great price and great quality KCB is the builder for you. 10/10 Hands down!!!

  KCB is a fantastic builder to work with. I've worked alongside Kurt, Cindy, and the team for a few years now and not only do they produce a beautiful product, they are people you can't help but love. They listen to the needs of their clients, and put them first. I've been able to witness their builds from the ground up and am always impressed. They are a builder in Saskatoon and area I would more than trust to build my home. They treat you like family.

  KCB Developments built us a beautiful two storey house that we are absolutely in love with! They were professional and listened to our needs when designing our house floor plan and allowed us to add our personal touches throughout the house. We had a great experience and if we decide to build again, it will definitely be with KCB!

  I haven't built with KCB, but I have worked with the company. KCB is an awesome company, with amazing staff. Kurt, Cindy and Hernan are sure to make your build an exciting, and as stress free as possible, experience. Next time I move, I will be checking out KCB first!
