  We arrived at Garbers and were greeted by Sam. We explained the style of dress and our price point. She left us to browse for a few minutes, then came back and put my daughter in the dressing room. She found it! The dress she had been dreaming of. Thank-you so much Sam, for your knowledge, kindness and receptive ear. You listened to us and made my daughters dreams come true. Thank you so, so much Sam!!�

  My sister came here for a wedding dress and it was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful, it made my life as the maid of honour a breeze! Special shout out to Sam our consultant, she was kind and so knowledgeable! Hopefully you're still there when some lucky man finally asks me to be his wife 😁

  The staff at Garber's were extremely friendly! Patsy spent a lot of time with me & was wonderful. Also the lady who did my alterations did an amazing job ! Thank you so much Garber's Bridal.

  This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered.. so some like things came up and my fiancée and I had to postpone are wedding so all of our bridesmaids had given $50 deposit my fiancée is now part of another wedding so needed a bridesmaid dress of her own. So all the other bridesmaids had said they would forfeit there deposit to her to go towards her bridesmaid dress. my fiancée then called in to Garbers where she was told yes of course they could do that there was 3 bridesmaids so $150 total. my Fiancee then went into the store and was told no she cant do that as its against there policy ??? why was she told the first time she could ? problem number 1
  
  
  
  so problem 2 my fiancée is more then frustrated so she asked me to call them on her behalf so I did I asked for a manager and the employee who answered "super friendly and helpful" said that she was busy and would call me back I said that's fine and I explained my frustration about the situation and she pulled up the file and told us my fiancée has paid 550 on her old wedding dress we were gonna get and owed the full balance of the bridesmaid dress perfect she has the right file so I said ok get your manager to call me. 15 minutes later I receive a call from the manager who is rude right from the get go she says and who are you I said I am her fiancée her response was .. a new one ? with so much judgement in her voice . I said no the same one we had some life issues and needed to postpone our wedding not like its her business anyway. so then she proceeds to say sorry I cant speak with you all I know is your wedding was called off on so and so date.. I said fine ill get my fiancée to get I hope you fix this issue.
  
  
  
  my fiancée then calls and speaks with this manager and she goes on to tell her she cant even find her file because the wedding date has passed a lie considering the first employee I talked to found it no problem . then goes on to say I wish you had told us this in the store . my fiancée responded with I did and she goes well I gave you a 10% discount like that's even a discount and says we can alter it here for you .. which must have been a joke if she thought we were ever gonna do business here again .. I really hope Garbers takes this to heart and does something about there customer service policies and maybe a new manager as all the 1 star reviews on google mention the manager very very disappointed with this customer service

  Garber’s has made my wedding dress shopping experience amazing. After trying David’s bridal and shopping at other local bridal shops as a bridesmaid in the past, Garber’s was a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, the service was far above my expectations, always treating me with so much kindness and making me feel so welcome. After giving them less than two months to get my dress, the manager Jackie bent over backwards for me to make sure it was in and perfect. She, Samantha and Choy made me feel like the most important person in the world. I am so thankful for everything they did for me. I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over.

  I found my dress in February for my September wedding. I was told it was discontinued but I was able to order the last one! My original appointment was with Caitlin and I was told I didn't need to wear a bra with my dress and alterations wouldn't be more than $200. When I went for my first fitting in July, I was told by a different girl helping me then that I needed to get a specialty bra and then the alterations came to $293. I ended up spending an additional $333 unexpectedly for my hem and bustle after my second fitting. I wish I had known what the alteration costs would have been from the beginning. I also ended up paying an additional $200 on a bustier. They have all been very kind and the seamstress was knowledgable and talented. My dress has been altered beautifully, however I my dress selection would have been different if I had known the costs going into it. Lovely place and staff, clean and courteous, just make sure you know the costs you are getting into before taking the plunge.

  My experience with Garber's Bridal in particular with my then consultant and whom is now manager was superb!! From the get go Erica made me feel so comfortable and she so helpful in my dress decision. She even had tears in her eyes when I picked 'THE ONE' Even though she was called to higher duty with her new position as manager she still made the time to help me when I came back for my appointments, which made me feel very special! She was so attentive, helpful, compassionate and so caring to me. I am so truly grateful for having her as my consultant. All the girls there are super, sweet, nice and very down to earth. I had heard horror stories about other Bridal shops and mine was nothing of the sort. Erica you and your staff are kind, helpful, and make your clients feel as though they are part of the Garber's Bridal family, thank you all for that! If I could give you 10 STARS I would!   I had a great experience with Garbers! My consultant was Liz and she found the perfect dress for me. I described the overall atmosphere we wanted to create witb our wedding and that lace would be ideal for my dress. The second dress I tried on was a Maggie Sotero lace dress, Madrid, in white. Liz recommended the dress in a colour the store didn't have, and that I had never seen. I trusted her judgment and ordered the dress in that colour having no idea what it really looked like. Liz was absolutely right about the colour and I can't thank her enough!

  My experience with the staff working here has been very good except for the manager. I left the store in tears because of her. The worst experience that I've ever had. Was treated very poorly by her, and she wouldn't own up to their mistakes about telling me they could do alterations to my dress prior to buying it, and then when it came to doing them, they couldn't do some of the alterations, or they had to charge me a lot extra for them. After my bad experience with the manager, whenever I came into the store, she never even said hello to my mom and I and never checked up on us to see if our appointment with another staff member was going well. All the other ladies working there were always very nice and I did want to say how amazing the seamstress who works here is. She was the one I dealt with after the very poor experience I had with the manager. The seamstress is such a lovely lady, who does great work. She was always very friendly, in good spirits and most importantly did a great job with my dress and I loved the end product. She deserves 5 stars!

  Can't say enough about how great this place was for finding my wedding dress! Ashley was so easy going and fun to work with. She listened to my ideas and pulled a bunch of beautiful dresses for me and in the end found me the dress of my dreams!! Me and my family/friends felt so comfortable there (no one was snobby or rude like I've heard happens at other bridal shops) and had such a fun time picking out my dress. I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting married!

  Future daughter in law purchased her dress at Garber's this weekend. Thank you to Ashley (attendant) for you amazing service. And thanks to Liz and Nina for assisting me, mother of groom with my dress. It's a small shop but between the outstanding service and knowledge; I suggest you put this bridal shop on your list to visit. We went to a few others and none of them compared!! Amazing experience ladies! Thank you again.

  What an incredible experience! From the moment my mom, sister and I walked through the door to saying goodbye to my amazing consultant, Liz, we had a ball! Liz made us feel welcome, just like family, and was so helpful! She pulled a number of beautiful dresses and helped me find the dress of my dreams! A heartfelt thank you to Liz!   Horrible customer service!! Waited a while before being helped by an assistant, even though I had an appointment. The assistant then kept saying repeatedly that she was on commission and that I was better off looking elsewhere for my dress, in a very rude way! Only actually showed my mom and I one dress, not offering anything else. In the meantime two other assistants were standing by listening, not saying anything! On top of it all it was the first place I went to for looking at bridal dresses, wouldn't recommend going there to anyone!

  As a wedding planner im in and out of shops almost daily i had never been to davids befor and was extreamly excited to check them out for my best friends wedding i called 2 days in advance made an apointment and told them we have a short deadline so that they would only pull dresses that we could get in time and in our colour we go in we get basicly ignored by steph (the sales woman who was suposed to be dealing with us) but aparntly dealing with a walkin bride and some other groop of people was more importent then the apointment we set with her that was was rude ignotent and pithetic mistake number 1.

  She pulls a bunch of dresses we didnt ask to see then when we find one we all liked and were going to buy she looked it up and we cant even get the dresses in time like come on it dress sales one 101 know your stock and if the customer says they have a dead line mae sure u only show them some thing they can get in on time for there needs and if u make that mistake of showing them something they cant get in time then dont basicly tell them that they are screwed try helping them and showing them something they can get in time and offer them some sort of discount for your mistake.

  We said we needed dresses that come in a sertent colour why in the world this girl when she had 2 seconds to deal with us would show us stuff that didnt come in the colour we needed i dont have a clue
  
  
  
  Tho i will say balletts bridal was a great help for us but the dress we loved there was a tid bit out of our price range so thank you to them for the wonderful customer servive
  
  
  
  But this is the best part of the day i called garbers bridel told them what davids did and how we were treated and what we were looking for in the 30 min it took us to drive there they have everything we could posubly get in on time and get in the colore we needed pulled and ready for us when we walked in the door.
  
  
  
  We werent picky at all but we didnt appreciate being treated like garbage by David's Bridal Anyway i can and will be reposting this every where i can and will discourage any of my future brides to never look for their dress at David's Bridal

  We had an amazing experience thanks to Ashley! She was extremely helpful, very friendly and honest, and just made the whole experience so much easier for all of us. There was no need to look at any other bridal stores! We told Ashley what we were looking for and she made it happen with no problems! My best friend now has the dress of her dreams after only trying on 6 dresses, and the bridesmaids and I found our dresses as well! I highly recommend Garber's Bridal to anyone who is looking for great service and beautiful, well made dresses at a decent price!

  I came shopping at garbers with my mom and sister so my mom could find her mother of the bride dress and my sister and I could start the hunt for the bridesmaid dresses! Ashley was fantastic! She was super nice and very knowledgable! We had so much fun with her! The selection of bridesmaid/ mother of the bride dresses was amazing. So many to choose from! Can't wait to bring my other girls back to pick the final bridesmaid dress

  My experience with Garbers was excellent! When trying on dresses the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. They were very good about finding dresses for me to try that were within my budget. I ended up changing my wedding date and they held my dress at the store for me until I needed it. They also boxed it up for me so I could send a courrier to pick it up. Upon opening the box i found my dress exactly as i remembered it and it was folded nicely. I highly recommend Garber's.
