  Shauna is the best! My husband and I were new to the area and Shauna helped us find the perfect home. Not only was she there for us through the entire process, but she went above and beyond to give us tips and recommendations on Owen Sound. Shauna made it personal - from the first meet and greet all the way through to celebrating our close. Highly recommend.

  We first met Shauna by chance at one on her open houses, she made such a good impression on us that we wanted Shauna to find us our new home. We didn't know tbe area at all, but Shauna was very informative of the areas of town and areas of interest for our young growing family. Shauna is a very warm and comfortable person to be around. We viewed 5 homes in one day and she made the decision process a simple one, walked us through every step and we were comfortable with her speaking on our behalf.
  
  We would most definitely work with Shauna again and recconmend her to anyone we know.

  We found Shauna to be very professional and prompt with every aspect of our real estate transaction. She had great insight with regards to the different municipalities and conservation authorities we had to meet with when looking at building on a plot of land. We are definitely going to use her services when the time comes to list our home residence.

  We could not have asked for anyone better to help us find our perfect home in Owen Sound. We located from out of area and Shauna was extremely helpful in educating us on the options for our relocation. She is passionate, knowledgeable, insightful and always optimistic.   Shauna we can't express our gratitude enough for helping us so quickly sell our home and in turn buy our dream house! When I called you on a Saturday night of a long weekend and said I have a house to sell and another to buy, you were at my house the following morning and we made it happen. We love your energy that you bring to your business and your positive and current perspective. You were honest with us about what we needed to do to make this happen and you even helped us stage our home. We were very thankful that you always came to us and we never had to meet in an office setting. With a busy life and two young kids this was a huge bonus. You sold our house in 15 days and then we were able to close the deal on NEW home, all in less than 30 day!
  
  We will be recommending YOU to our friends and family in the future who are looking for a relator.

  When we decided to list our home midway through the winter this year, Shauna was referred to us by a friend. It was clear to us that Shauna was a person of integrity, that she was highly capable and motivated, and that she appreciated the same qualities about our home that we did after having spent many years caring for it. Shauna has an excellent marketing strategy and she used a diverse plan which we attribute to the large amount of showings we had in a very short period of time which eventually lead to the prompt sale of our home.
  
  On a more personal note, no matter how busy Shauna was, she always had the time to promptly respond to any questions we had. Shauna was very supportive to Sherri and I during the process of selling our home. In conclusion, we felt very confident in the way Shauna handled the sale of our home and also appreciated the friendly and professional way she conducted herself during each phase of the process.   From the moment we met with Shauna to list our house, she demonstrated utmost professionalism, real estate knowledge and dedication! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made every effort to support us in ensuring our house was fully positioned for selling.   We WERE first time home buyers and we absolutely LOVED our experience with Shauna. Every showing ended with laughs as well as a thorough discussion about the positive and negative aspects of each home. Shauna always looked out for our best interest and when we asked her opinion she always told us what we needed to know.
