WORST CAB RIDE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My cab driver today was extremely rude. I went to buy some grocery's for my house, when we arrived at my home he started complaining saying i was moving to slow and started throwing my grocery's on the floor. My bag of milk burst and my eggs broke. Since he was rushing me my phone fell out of my pocket in the back seat of the cab driver's car. I rang it continuously and my phone was on full volume, he ignored until we contacted technical support, who was very kind and connected me to the driver He lied at first saying he didn't have it but ended up telling the truth later on. I should be getting my phone back tomorrow while i pick it up at the head office location. So not only was my cab driver disrespectful, he ruined my grocery's and attempted to steal my phone! DISGUSTING!

Cab driver 3092, license plate ckrf 766 parked in the middle of longbranch Ave illegally to wait for a fare. Because he was blocking a lane with no hazards he backed up traffic into the intersection of lakeshore and longbranch. Even after multiple requests from several driver this man would not move his car to an appropriate parking space 6 feet ahead. He also got into arguments with drivers attempting to pass him safely because of his ignorance and inability to drive. I will never use your service and advise others not to either. For the sake of your business I recommend you fire this man before he gets someone killed.

My hotel booked me a taxi with this company and let me know it would be a $10 flat rate. When I got to the airport the driver demanded $20 and told me the hotel was wrong. I found it very overpriced for a 2 minute ride. I asked for receipt to follow up directly with the company.
I called the hotel and they very graciously credited for the over charge. I decided to also call the cab company directly to make them aware of the situation. I spoke to manager Neil who let me know the driver was suspended and that they were dealing with the hotel directly. While I appeciate the driver being suspended I found the manager to be very dismissive and with a bad attitude. He was basically told me to stop complaining because the hotel was giving me my money back rather than thanking me for my feedback. Definitely will not be using them again.response / report this review -

The person who answered my call was downright disrespectful and kept cutting me off mid sentence. The "5-10" minute wait turned in to 1 hour, I called to find out where my taxi was, they told me that I never called for one, so I just cancelled my order and went with a different company, they were there in 5 minutes and the person that answered my call was extremelt polite. Do not use this company unless you like being interrupted or being super late to where you have to travel to!

These drivers go out of their way for you if u need a little extra help. Always on time. Always very nice.
